Beautiful place to stay and have a relaxing holiday The pool is clean The swings are cozy The food is great The drinks are amazing , many varieties of cocktails and shots. The most important it's the staff .I've never met a staff this friendly , the owner is great , we had some drinks with him. The bartenders are very proffesional and they have a lot of humour. Noroc from Romania!

A real quiet place to stay, local cucine, simply and super food. Friendly people. Great barman . Even is in center of the local movies no noises in the night. A real surprise. A real good place to relax , good cocktails. The beach is a walking distance.

We rested in this hotel with a group and everyone was very satisfied. The beach is close and sandy, the swimming pool is ok for refreshing. The food and service are very good. Everything is available 24/7. There were also live performers a few times. All in all, a good place to stay in Greece.

Staff very polite and helpful. Sunbeds always available at the pol and no towel wars. Swimming pool was never crowded, was clean and close to the bar/restaurant. Spa was great. Cocktails were delicious. Food was great and buffet breakfast is more than enough for all. Swinging chairs in bar area was a nice touch giving a relaxing vibe. My kids loved them. Our family rooms were spacious with comfortable beds and room/beds suitably cleaned 3 times during our stay. Hotel is a short 10 minutes walk from a grossly overpacked beach at the entrance area because all the resort hotels put their sunbeds right down to the sealine (which is illegal in Greece). But a 5 minute walk further up the clean beach was plenty of free sand and sea areas. Everything in Malia including restaurants, supermarkets, bars and souvenir shops were only a short walk from this hotel. I recommend this safe, secure hotel and if I were to return to this area I would certainly stay there again with my young kids. They enjoyed it.

We have recently returned from a ten day family holiday and unfortunately, hotel wise, it was a slightly disappointing experience. The lady receptionist doing the day shift was extremely polite, friendly and helpful. The barman was also nice and friendly. The three male members of staff we encountered behind the desk during the evenings were rude and challenging at times. It lacked the personal touch that most Greek places have and the room was quite dated and in need of a revamp. For the money we paid, I was expecting a lot more and the photos made it look more glamorous than it was in reality. The shower was continually going from hot to cold and this was quite frustrating. Lots of noise in the early hours from people returning from their nights out with lots of shouting, singing, screaming and banging on doors. It was clean however and the room was cleaned everyday plus fresh towels/bedding every other day which was a huge plus.

We visited the spa 2 and 3 years ago for €10 each for the day. This year we went to be told the spa was €10 per person per hour. There are no longer sun loungers around the spa pools and the place was empty. When we enquired about the hotel pool, we were quoted charges for the day plus loungers plus parasol and a minimum food spend - we didn’t stay!

the hotel is close to the beach (5 minutes on foot)! the rooms are small but comfortable, the equipment is quite worn out, but they came and fixed the lamp hanging from the wall for the first time, the staff is very nice. cleaning, towel change ok, it's quite noisy at night, so if you're not a party person, choose a hotel further away because it's next to the party street, the breakfast is the same every day :)

One of the best hotel where I was. Amazing people, owner, barman. We was there 12 nights, I never saw angry hotel workers there, they always help us, give a lot of suggestions ( where we can go, what we can do). Cocktails was really amazing and tasty.( Barman you are the best!) For sure if we visit one more time Malia I will stay there. The best place, location, food, cocktails. Thanks a lot! You do all the best. I hope will see you again. Puhh see you next year!

Where do I start, no balls allowed by pool, no music allowed to be listened to, towels not replaced all week, not even allowed to have water unless purchased from the hotel bar. Would never recommend to anyone, would not even wish this on my worst enemy.
