Good place to stay and enjoy with family. I really loved the place. The pool was good. It was just out in the sea shore

During our stay, we booked two rooms for two nights. While the location of the hotel is good, i must express my disappointment with the overall experience. The rooms were very average and not cleaned properly. The bathrooms were in very bad shape, and the cold water tap was broken, requiring us to call room service daily for repairs. On a positive note, the complimentary breakfast provided was good. However, the prices for ala carte food were exorbitant and did not justify the quality or value for money. I must emphasize that the cleanliness of the resort was very poor, which significantly impacted our stay. I believe there is room for improvement in several areas to enhance the overall guest experience.

good experience and Friendly staff Friendly, accommodating staff, willing to help with a smile. Facilities, swimming pool were renovated and good looking rooms. There was a manager that helped to serve us during the set dinners, he was very helpful and polite.

The stay was nice and rooms are also good and resort has good scenic view from the rooms but food is average we get much better quality food in less price compared to this resort. The staff is very sweet but late response.

Right location just opposite to malpe beach. Rooms are clean but old example in washroom to turn on shower tap need muscle power. Washroom was clean

The location of the hotel is awesome. Food is very costly. Steam rice is 200 and dal 275. They do not allow outside food. Bathroom smells very badly. In the price range it's simply monopoly. It's just beside the beach.

Pros: location at malpe beach breakfast is ok ok cons: old building with most of equipment non functional like shower in my case. Dinner wasn't good. No towels kept at swimming pool.

I stayed at Paradise Isle Beach Resort, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. To start with, our check-in process was delayed by an hour despite informing the hotel in advance of our early arrival. This delay was compounded by the room not being cleaned on time, which was quite disappointing. The problems didn't end there. The main door lock of our room was faulty and initially wouldn't close properly. Later that evening, we found ourselves locked out of our room, and despite an hour of attempts by the serviceman, the lock had to be broken. This left us stranded outside late at night (from 9:30pm till 10:40pm) with our sleeping child, a situation that was incredibly stressful and inconvenient. Moreover, the room itself had several issues. The AC remote was not functioning correctly, the TV remote had no batteries, and to our dismay, there were cockroaches in the room. These were not the conditions we expected after paying a premium price for a relaxing stay. Despite our requests, the hotel staff was unable to provide us with an alternative room, claiming no availability. This lack of responsiveness added to our frustration..

The hotel is located at absolute beach front and thus is convenient for folks who want to spend more time at beach and less time to travel to beach. The staff is very courteous. The property is quite old and has started to reflect on its maintenance. The room maintenance is terms of linens and bed can certainly be improved. Breakfast is good but not at par with a 3star rating.

Very average stay. Very old hotel with old infrastructure. Horrible food and expensive too. Proximity to beach is a huge win.
