Nice environment inside the university campus. Though not located in central London but there is bus direct to white city and easy access Heathrow airport.
Get an Uber to Windsor castle is around 20GBP. It is nice to stay here if you would like visit spots on the west.

Only good if you have meetings or work at Brunel University. The hotel is not convenient for any other purpose or reason. Room looks sad and needs some renovation.
We didn't see any additional facilities or services. Generally, it is just for visiting the university, but surely needs some renovation.

應該説是布魯內爾大學的招待所，就在學校裏面，可在學生食堂吃飯，距公交車站不超十分鐘，超級方便，可惜想再訂無房了

早餐服務太晚，沒在這裏吃。我和女兒定的是兩張床的，房間較小，不過在倫敦房間都不大。外面的小院不錯。酒店在校園，有停車的地方。

Great location, easy parking.

Hotel located near Lancaster uni. Really noisy throughout night, got next to no sleep

Property was very good. Good parking. Felt safe. Nice staff. Decent shower. Excellent value for money. Only negative is the room smelt a little of tobacco smoke.

The property is not so elaborate but it has enough amenities for one’s comfort. The rooms are very clean and the environment is very quiet.

All in all the accommodation was fine. The staff was very nice, but they could have cleaned the room and emptied the trash can at least every other day. The bed was also quite small for two people, so it's better to book a room with two single beds. The WiFi access was very unnecessary as the connection was quite unreliable, especially in the evening. There was no longer a spa area, although it was still advertised as such. However, the location of the hotel is very quiet and there are good transport connections. But as a tourist I can recommend this hotel if you are only staying in the hotel for the night.

I stayed last night and decided to have an evening meal. That was a big mistake!
It was 21.05 and the kitchen closed at 21.30
I was eventually served by the most miserable person I've ever encountered. I asked for the Lamb Shank but they were out of that which happens so I ordered a steak. She came back from the kitchen to tell me there wasn't enough time to cook it. Ok so what was left to eat? Burger. So I asked for cheese as an extra. Cheese,?? she asked, yes as in a 'cheese' burger. I'll have a roll and butter whilst I wait. Huh! It arrived with the burger!
So to the bar to pay for the meal and a lime & soda. I was met by misery guys, I asked for a bottle of water and glass to take to the room and was presented with a small soda water. Unbelievable!!
