ホットシャワーが全くでず、無料の水もなく、トイレットペーパーも有料でハウスキーピングもありませんでした。良いのは立地だけです。隣の部屋の声が筒抜けで夜寝れませんでした。 またマナリの夜はとても寒いです。お湯がでないため髪だけ水で洗いましたが風邪をひいてしまいました。 朝食もとてもクオリティが低いので外で食べたい方が良いです。写真を載せておきます。 日本人なら絶対に泊まらない方が良いホテルです。また、トリップドットコム経由で予約すると倍の値段になります。直接予約すると一泊2000円で泊まれます。トリップドットコム経由では一泊6,000円でした。トラブルがあった時に仲介料を払った方が良いと思いましたが、いざホットシャワーが出ない、シーツが汚い、替えのタオルがないという事態になった時、トリップドットコムは何もしてくれません。

No ac in the month of may. Power cut anytime. Stinky room with very bad room service not at all worth the amt paid. Only the breakfast was good.

This hotel can be given the worst hotel in this whole world for sure. I had such a bad infact worst experience in this hotel, being a female i was feeling so unsafe and the behaviour of the staffs and managers are so bad that i can't express in words. If you are thinking of staying here with your family or partner, never ever choose this hotel. You will thank me later.

Very horrible service… Food quality was very bad… Room was not clean and no even any ventilation fan available in washroom… Full of smell….

I was looking for a hotel near mall road so i booked this hotel but my decision turned out to be a very scary experience. 1. The size of the room is very small which makes me feel very uncomfortable. 2. There is another hotel near the hotel from which the voices of other guests keep coming all night which did not allow me to sleep properly. 3. The hotel staff is not at all cooperative, i requested 3-4 times to change the room but my request was ignored. They just refused my problems and said sorry we can't change room if you have problem then please check out from the hotel. So please if you are going with your family or girlfriend then book a good hotel. Do not spoil your experience by going for a cheap hotel.

Hotel room allotted and same room was kept for renovation job. Outside agency person doing job while customer inside the room. Room full of paint smell. No room heater was provided, and they charged extra. Water heater kettle not provided, after asked damaged one was provided. Room tv not working. Heavy room service charge
