Staff is friendly and they help us whenever we ask. Food is good, we like breakfast and dinner both. Hot water was working fine also. It was nice experience for us. We enjoy our trip and will suggest this resort to others also."

Tripli Hotels Drilbu Manali

"This is the worst hotel experience I have ever had in my life. We booked a family room at Tripli Hotels Drilbu, Manali, for 3 days (23rd December 2025 to 26th December 2025) by speaking directly to the hotel staff, as we are a couple traveling with a young child. We clearly requested a room with 3 beds (1 double bed and 1 single bed). The manager shared photographs of the family room and, after taking an advance payment of ₹6,306, confirmed that the room was booked and that the remaining amount could be paid after check-in. However, when we reached Manali, we were shocked to learn that no family room had actually been booked. Instead, they had booked two separate double rooms and expected a family of three to stay in two different rooms. The front office manager then said that no family room was currently available and promised to arrange one the next day. On the second day, we were asked to shift from Room No. 117 to Room No. 120, with a promise that an extra single cot with a mattress would be provided. Before going out for sightseeing, we had to come back, repack all the luggage we had already unpacked on the first day, and shift rooms. This process took almost half a day, completely ruining our travel plans. Despite repeated assurances, the extra bed was never provided, neither on the second night nor on the third day. Additionally, we were forced to pay the full amount for all three days in advance, even though the promised facilities were not provided. Later, the staff claimed that we had “blocked two double rooms” and therefore charged us accordingly, even though we actually stayed in only one room throughout the stay. Apart from this major issue, the overall services and hospitality were extremely poor: 1. No room service at all 2. Drinking water bottles were not provided in the rooms 3. Tea bags, coffee sachets, milk powder, and sugar were not available — even after calling the front desk 4. Swiggy and Zomato delivery partners were not allowed inside the hotel 5. Very poor hospitality and unprofessional staff behavior 6. Breakfast quality was extremely bad, with no fruits or cereals 7. No suggestion or complaint register was available 8. No proper tax invoice/receipt was provided to customers 9. All transactions are in cash, and no GST bill is provided even after demanding for bill. Overall, the hotel management made false promises, provided misleading information at the time of booking, and showed no responsibility or concern for guests, especially families with children. The stay caused unnecessary stress, inconvenience, and financial loss. I strongly do not recommend this hotel, particularly for families. Please think twice before booking."

The food was absolutely delicious, and what truly sets this place apart is that it is a pet-first property where your furry companions are genuinely welcomed and cared for. While pets are not allowed in the restaurant area, which is completely understandable, there was plenty of space for our two pets to enjoy themselves. They had a fantastic time exploring the gardens and open areas. The hot showers were a great comfort, and the service provided by the staff was exceptional throughout our stay. Their warmth, attention to detail, and willingness to help made the experience even more memorable. Highly recommended for pet parents looking for a comfortable and welcoming getaway! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"

"We had two rooms to ourselves. One chalet room at 104 and deluxe 105. Let me jot down the pros and cons of the hotel. Pros 1. Neat and clean rooms 2. Aesthetically designed 3. Good view at some rooms 4. Helpful staff. 5. Amazing view from room 104 Cons. 1. The water does not drain at room 105. The water stagnates and make the washroom messy. 2. The balcony is dusty since the road leading to the hotel in not metalled. So, it fills with dust. 3. The window view for room 105 is an under-construction property. 4. You can see picturesque beauty through room 105 balcony but you will be choked with dust from the not metalled roads within mins. 5. Extremely spicy food and I had a bad stomach upset after consuming it as I am not used to such spicy foods. 6. Should have your own conveyance as it's almost 4km from.mall road through an unpaved dusty road. Each trip to the mall road cost is 400 one way. So the tip is avoid booking the rooms facing the road"
