Had stayed for 3N/4D on family vacation . Nice place , on road , easily accessible , front desk experience good . Rooms good , facilities good , accessories good except for room heaters which were not possible to move due to faulty rollers and as such couldn’t use these . Food was quite good and sumptuous with lot of choices . Mess staff was also helpful and soft spoken . Ambiance was good , room service also good . During evening hours there was live music in open lawn area on side of main building . Though lesser but some kids activities were also there . Had good time there and would like to visit again .

Stayed with family of three adults and twelve year old in the duplex room on fourth floor. It has nice view of the Beas river and the pine forest. The room was very comfortable and clean with all amenities including WIFI. Bathrooms and bed linen were clean and changed regularly. All the housekeeping staff and room service staff were extremely helpful and courteous. We also stayed for a few days in the Deluxe sparrow room on the first floor. The washroom was more contemporary with shower cubicle but no bath. Spacious and comfortable for two/three adults with extra bed provided. The restaurant was very tasteful with excellent spread of food for breakfast and dinner. Staff was very professional and ready to please with a smile. The Yagya band plays in the evening and provided a very relaxed and festive environment during our stay. My compliments to all the staff, the managerial team and the chef. Special praise to Mr Sumit, GM for running a tight ship. I would like to come again sometime.

Overall very good experience of residing in resort..Location of hotel is very convenient as it is located on national highway and near to mall road Staff of hotel is very dutiful,polite and quick in service.Hotel is maintained neat and clean.Food is bit costly ..for example cup of tea for Rs.90 is not justifiable.

I must say this is one of the best stay option in Manali which is 100% Airconditioned, good meals, good staff, mostly convenient for Volvo travelers, sufficient car park. Special thanks Mr.Sanjeev Thakur because of him this is our 3rd visit

Good in every aspect, just need to improve in variety of food in buffet system. View from hotels is amazing. Live singing from Wednesday to sunday. Hotel staff is good. Mall road is just 1.5 kms from hotel . Recommended for stay. Overall experience is very good.

This hotel on the busy mall read certainly beat all my expectations. Right from the check-in to the room handover, the process was seamless. The lift wasn't working due to a technical issue so they arranged to carry the luggage three flights of stairs which was their service commitment. Lift was repaired an hour later. Food is very good here with hospitality to match. There are also small eateries nearby such as Pizza Hut and KFC and local ones as well. The buffets for breakfast and dinner had plenty on offer and the management and staff will always serve you with a smile. Evening entertainment was by a band called Yagya who sang very well. We stayed three nights in a room that gave us a great view of the river Beas. Thank you Renest for making our stay a memorable one.

Too good experience...live music,food,hospitality, rooms,all are 5 star ..Manager Mr sumeet is a real gem.. kind,soft spoken,ready to guide and help.Just like a family member..take care of your needs and try to cater personally..whole staff is so humble and smiling always..such a great property ...greenery and beautiful flowers everywhere .serene atmosphere..must visit..

It was a very nice experience overall. The Staff were very polite and helpful. The view from the window was itself a soothing sight in such torrid summer conditions. The Fish & Chips dish from their restaurant is worth mentioning for its taste and portion.

Stayed with family. The location of the hotel is good. It's on the highway.The hygiene standard of the property were of high standard. The rooms, Dining & play area were clean.The buffet breakfast was really tasty and had variety of food.However the Ala carte was quite good.The Front office staff was really good and helpful . Special thanks for mahima. Overall good. Highly recommended
