Sorunlu fazla açıklama yapma gereği duymuyorum

Merhaba öncelikle gitmeden okuduğumuz yorumlar sonrasında yaptırdık rezervasyonumuzu fakat sonrasında iyi ki gitmişiz dediğimiz bir otel oldu. Odadan sorumlu temizlik görevlileri ile ilgili çok ciddi bir yorumda bulunmak istiyorum kesinlikle işlerine saygıları olduğunu düşünmüyorum. Fakat mutfak ve barlardan sorumlu Saniye Hanım o otelin en büyük şansı olduğunu kesinlikle söylemeden geçemeyeceğim. Biz Saniye Hanım ve ekibi sayesinde oteli çok sevdik ilgileri ve güler yüzleri için Saniye Hanım’a ve lobi bardan görevli tüm arkadaşlara çok teşekkür ederiz 🙏🏻😍

The guy at the reception was rude and he used bad words and disrespect my mother. They charge u for wifiamd it doesn't work 😒 food is bad , beds are uncomfortable the staffs are rude . The only good thing about this hotel was the DJ pouria and Diana the entertainment team . That's it

We spent 8 nights in September 2022 On reviews was not sure what to expect , but on the price we got, couldnt refuse . On arrival we was welcomed .room very clean And modern , worst thing no kettle ,. We found food over the week was nice , but repetitive daily Found staff ok , other guest more rude , pushing in at bar .. Only complaint i have is on our 1st night( 1st September) the young man working on the noodle bar was very disrespectful towards us( 2 female's) making us at 1st not wanting to stay at hotel the same evening watched him also argue with another female guest ,

well where to start definitely not for british we were only British there in 2 weeks as far as aware as never met any food was ok as we are not fussy eaters kept running out of ice and some beverages throughout the day beach is a 5 min walk no good if you have difficulty in walking some staff are really nice and try there best to speak to u how people waste food is unreal can not understand in evening when the reception area is nice n cool just what you need when its baking outside in evening then hey presto some ***** opens all the sliding doors and you sitting in a oven definitely not what you want if you like to walk about in evening this hotel is no good you will have too get bus or taxi to other parts cleanliness it hit n miss live station breakfast one day cheese omlet next day fried egg toaster does not work you have to try use sandwich maker .. our worst experience of this holiday was arriving at 5.30 in the morning and had to sit about until 2 pm for our room in all the years I have travelled have never experienced that plus side to the holiday the weather was great couple travelling age 64 n 58
