The only reason I put 1 star was because there wasn't a zero star option. My Wife and I stayed 1 night here just to rest our heads for the night, while we were on the way to Maine for work. We had just laid our head down at 3am and all of a sudden there's screaming and human growling and items being thrown coming from the man across the hall from our room. it sounded like appliances being thrown at the door and walls. We were scared, not gonna lie, of the clearly mentally unstable and aggressive person across the hall. We called the front desk from our room to see if the kid working up front could get him to stop or call the police. IT WAS THAT BAD!!! The Kid at the front didn't want to do anything and then stated, ”he is in his room that he paid for, I cant do anything about what he's doing in there.” Even though THEIR MOTEL ROOM WAS BEING DESTROYED!!!! We requested to move rooms if he wasn't going to do anything about it. He changed our room, after he urged that our last room was the very last room available for that night. So we thought it was odd immediately when a room just suddenly became available. So when we wake up today, the same motel is trying to charge my card $500 it was declined. Then another attempt of $400. We called the Motel and said it was a mistake. our room was only $91.99 not $500 and not $400. The Manager then said that we were in the room that got destroyed and I told him that we were in the room across the hall and I have the receipt to prove it. He then started calling My wife ”a F******g B**** and that he's going to get his money for his motel damages because we demolished the room.” I called Corporate to file a claim and dispute, and the associate even saw in their system that the SLIMEY WORKERS at this Motel 6 Changed our room number after we checked out of our room. HE CHANGED OUR ROOM NUMBER TO THE DEMOLISHED ROOM NUMBER AFTER WE CHECKED OUT!!!!!!!!!! So they are in the process of getting it disputed. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!! YOU WILL BE SCAMMED. IF YOU DO STAY HERE, MAKE SURE YOU PAY CASH OR ELSE THEY WILL WRONGFULLY CHARGE YOUR CARD IF YOU DO NEED TO STAY HERE. THE POLICE WILL NOT DO ANYTHING BECAUSE IT IS A ”CIVIL MATTER”

挺好的酒店，尤其是前一天誤住汽車旅館的情況下，早餐也都可以，服務態度也特別好，而且不需要押金，入住離店都很方便！

So I booked a room. Got to the room about 830pm. Mind you check in is at 3pm. Turn the Tv on and got a pink screen. Tried turning it on a few times. Nothing. So i call the front desk and guy says ill be right up. He gets to the room tries to fix it but he couldnt then he says sorry but the Tv and Cable dont work today. So i replied well thats not acceptable. We need a diff room or refund. Tells me no other room available. They were sold out. He goes back downstairs and a girl calls the room n tells me the same thing about how the cable dosent work. I answered so you guys dont check your rooms before guest show up. Literally gives me an attitude and says well we do check out rooms but the day before. Also says it worked yesterday so idk. I answered thats not acceptable once again she answers well idk what to tell you. We cant fix it and theres no Manager here. Ill call you if a Manager calls back and hangs up on me. I go downstairs and said hey thats very rude n unprofessional. She says well i told you it dont work idk what to tell you. You can just check out and well refund you if my Manager says its okay. Then goes on and says now u can leave the property or ill have to call the police and have you escorted. I was shocked over an issue that has nothing to do with me over cable not working. Then she leaves the front desk and says i dont give a s*** what you do but you have to go. I have Never ever been treated so rotten and spoken to that way any hotel ive stayed at. I TRULY DO NOT RECOMMEND STAYING HERE Unless your ready for the poor customer service and mistreated.

I arrived late from Salt Lake City and had a pickup to make back at the airport the next morning so, rather than go back and forth, I chose to stay at the Hyatt House nearby. I am SO glad that I did! Had SUCH a great stay! I checked in online and was able to go straight to my room, using my phone as my key. The room was not just clean but large and well-equipped with everything I needed, including a mini-kitchen. I placed the ”do not disturb” placard outside and proceeded to get one of the best night's sleep I can recall in recent times! Next morning, I gathered my things and strolled right out the door, knowing that the bill was taken care of. Excellent experience! Top marks! Will definitely be staying there again in the future!

Had an early morning flight, so family dropped me off the night before. Right off, I was treated well by the desk clerk (Shareena?), who was funny and warm. I was also treated well by the morning clerk and the driver to the airport (wish I knew their names!). The driver said a tip wasn't necessary (he was so humble), but I insisted. Being treated like I am special is so important, sometimes more important than the place itself. My king-sized bedroom was spacious and I had a view of lots of greenery from my window. I appreciated the low, wide shelf (as part of the TV/refrigerator/bureau) for laying my suitcase on. Most hotels do not have this in my experience (I go to at least 6 hotels per year). No more laying it on the floor, a flimsy luggage rack or on the shelf under the TV! I also liked the side table which could easily slide over the sofa so I could eat. The breakfast was what you would expect from these types of hotels (I stay at all types of Hilton properties as well as some of their competitors), which is fine. The dining area is spacious.

I am on the fence about whether to give two or three stars but there is no 2.5 star option so here we go: Pros: the location is walking distance to a variety of restaurants and shopping venues. The hotel is away from the highway so one hears no traffic at night. The lobby and the front desk staff are very nice- one reception person, (perhaps named Tasha?) was professional, friendly and went out of her way to recognize me as a Hilton Honors member. The breakfast is nice. Cons: other than the lobby, the side entrances to the hotel needed more janitorial attention, the glass on the exit door was smeared with fingerprints and handprints throughout my stay. Immediately outside the entrance nearest the shopping center, a trash can stood next to the door. It was stuffed with garbage to overflowing with cans and wrappers having fallen to the sidewalk. This remained so for two days. The hotel appears to rent rooms to work crews of young laborers- at least that’s my guess; either that, or it’s a social service program of some kind. While they were on the whole quiet, there was a tendency to “loiter” at night, drinking in the parking lot and wandering around the perimeter of the building with no apparent aim. I was nervous about parking my car because upon arriving at night, I encountered these clutches of guys in darkened areas of the parking lot, a couple of whom were guzzling from what looked like a vodka bottle, others were leaning into the windows of visiting cars, sitting in the grass etc. The hotel should have some security rounds to help keep things in order in the parking lot so that arriving guests are not nervous about possible crime. If these are work crews, I appreciate that and after all, at least they are working. There just needs to be rules for comportment and the enforcement thereof. While my room was large and the bathroom was especially generous with a large walk-in shower, there was no overhead light operating on entry so I had to wedge the room door open with my duffle bag, to allow light from the hall to enter the room so I could find a lamp and have light. After encountering the loitering in the parking lot, the experience of entering a dark room with no functioning light in the hallway only added to my reservations. The place is ok and I would consider staying again if some tweaks could be made.
