Very nice hotel in city centre next to St. Peters Square and Chinatown. Ideal for attending events locally. Excellent staff who are very helpful and special shout out to Rebecca in reception and a waitress during breakfast (I think she was South American or Cuban). Lovely people. Breakfast is excellent and the hotel is great value for money. Room is spacious and the bathroom is modern. The only mild disappointment was the dated furniture and carpet in the room I sayed (Executive King Room). I would have given 5/5 if these are updated. Thank you for the pleasant stay and I will return.

Lovely room queen size bed , lovely breakfast fully cooked breakfast included bacon sausage scrambled eggs , beans , hash browns , loved the waffle makers and had a really nice comfy bed and friendly service on check in lift to all floors , clean and comfortable and big size room walk in shower , all ameties included shower gel , shampoo, conditioner, hand wash , abd body lotion , tea and coffee facilities in room , good check out time of 12pm as well , would deffo stay again ,

We booked here for one night. This hotel is literally a 2 minute walk from Manchester Oxford Road train station. Check in was straight forward and fast, getting to your room even quicker. Lifts are near reception so no lugging suitcases etc. Staff were friendly, there’s a bowl of your favourite chocolates on reception, my daughter was allowed to help herself to whatever she liked…that was a nice touch. We booked a room for 4 people, now the room was fairly small, but this is a city centre hotel at a great price. Bathroom was the right size. There is a thermostat near the door, we felt the heating could have been placed in a better location as it took a while to heat the room, the blower was right near the door, so heated that area quickly, but not the rest of the room. Overall the hotel was clean, staff were all friendly and happy to talk if you were…we liked that too. This hotel is used by all type of customers, families, business people, singles and couples. The location is great, you are a 15 minute walk away from the main town centre…with the Arndale Centre. In fairness I think why would you need to walk that far as there’s loads of eateries and shops all around this hotel, enough to keep the day traveller happy. The pictures don’t fully do it justice as we had stayed in the room at the time of me taking them. I loved the view! I would stay here again, the price which is important was the best feature, cheapest hotel by a mile.

Location was excellent, very central and easy to get to on the free bus (number 2). Although the room was clean, at breakfast a glass came out of the dishwasher with lipstick still on it, which wasn’t checked before being put back out. The room is intimate with a pod like bathroom so you need to be comfortable with whoever you’re travelling with. Sleep quality was okay, the hotel was quiet but the bed is hard which made it difficult to sleep. They provide free tea and coffee, which can be accessed by a machine on each floor. For a non tea or coffee drinker it would have been nice if water was also provided. The breakfast was average but good vegan option. I recommend if you’re having breakfast to go down early because it seems to be cooked and lefted out on the bar for you to help yourself so didn’t look at it’s best by the time we came down at 9:30am. The staff were friendly and the restaurant/bar area make a great photo opportunity but I’d suggest going on a Sunday afternoon for a drink, if you want to maximise this when it’s quieter. I wouldn’t stay here again and if I did I’d definitely get breakfast elsewhere.

The room, services & breakfast were magnificent. Staffs were absolutely brilliant & very helpful. My entire experience was resplendent. I would gladly recommend this splendacious hotel to anyone.

Put in an accessible room so seemed to be a bigger room. Tv not a smart TV so no YouTube or able to cast to TV. Have been to other holiday in express hotels and staff did not mention about drink machines available. Free WiFi available. Location just few minutes walk from station and area not next to main road to quiet.Free luggage storage.

Easyhotel Manchester exceeded my expectations with its exceptional service and unbeatable value. The hotel is very near the Glasgow cathedral. We can walk to the viewpoint easley in the downtown. The breakfast was very rich and very good. But the hotel recommend 's car park Q parking was very difficult to drive to. If you use Google map, it will lead you to drive in the Bus lane. I drive 3 cycle but failure arrived to the entrance. It was our time to find the carpark. However, I found another carpark nearby, the price even more cheaper, it was only charged £10 for twenty four hours. The Q parking would need £16 a day.

I just HAD to write a review on my stay here. Well... this was my 3rd hotel in 4 nights of travelling. It was also the cheapest one, and the only one I was kind of dreading! Oh how wrong could I have been! From the moment I entered, the receptionist was so friendly and helpful. Welcoming, kind and professional. I asked if there was any fridge I could use to store some food items I was travelling with and they kindly put these in the staff area for me overnight. Could not do enough to help. The hotel feels more like a modern new hostel than a hotel. The vibe in the communal area felt very much like a classy hostel. It was warm, friendly and welcoming. Free unlimited tea and coffee down there was great. Breakfast was only continental, which I hadn't realised. Lovely pastries, but a shame no hot food was served. Rooms are very small, as I had expected, but functional, Plenty of charging sockets, good hot shower with amenities. As I arrived into the station at terminal 1, and was flying from terminal 1 the next day it is quite a walk with heavy bags. There is no shuttle bus or alternative way to get to terminal 1 from here, only the skylink. This would have been fine, but the moving escalators on the skylink were switched off. When I asked the hotel staff about this, they said they have not been working for months. I don't know why this is, but it would have made moving to/from the hotel a lot easier so it was a shame. Overall a very good and unexpected stay. For the price, I would stay again. Thanks to all the staff for such a pleasant welcome.

Great location, with free parking. Lovely comfortable bed, large room, clean and quiet. Breakfast buffet great, plenty of choices. Easy check in and check out.We will definitely stay again.
