check in is a v convenient and the staff r v nice and helpful, room is v comfortable

We were a group of colleagues and partners having a college reunion after more than 50 years since graduation as teachers We had to change the date due to covid-19 effecting some attendees. Given the new date we also had to shorten the stay from 2 to one night at the new date. I was not given a refund for the cancelled dates unlike all the others. The dinner dish of fish and chips that many ordered was awful and my wife found it inedible. She told the wait staff at the time. Workmen commenced work before 8am on level two and the work noise reverberated through the floors above where we were. Totally unacceptable and uncaring for the guests Altogether the stay was unpleasant and I will avoid staying there in future.

Premier Inn Dale Street is top drawer. The Premier plus room is the best Premier Inn room I've stayed in. There's a nespreso machine and green & blacks chocolates. Everything is clean and tidy. Oshane on the reception desk was particularly friendly and helpful. Give it a try!

Great location for concerts. Sadly comfort and cleanliness not great. The room was dirty and the shower was so bad I wish I had shower shoes as worried about catching athletes foot or something else. Room was right next to the door to floor and was being slammed all the time so nights sleep was awful.

This place is so convenient if travelling by train. Only yards from the station. Very bright, modern building. One of the nicest we have stayed in. We were attending a concert at the new Co op Live and this is literally only a 30 minute walk away. So handy without needing to get caught up with taxis, trams crowds etc. Highly recommend.

Oshane is a very good example of excellent customer service I had issues with my booking he listened and resolved it to my satisfaction I think all Premier Inn can learn from him and I have stayed at many hotels in different parts of the country Thank you again Oshane

We stayed here on Thursday 13th June. We attended the Weezer and smashing pumpkins concert nearby. The staff were very welcoming and allowed us to store our bags in the morning of our stay. When we checked in we were greeted by a very friendly member of staff who explained everything perfectly. The room was lovely and quiet and we slept well all night. The breakfast in the morning was also fantastic and cooked to perfection. All the staff we came across were warm and friendly. Also a great location for central Manchester amenities. Great experience and will definitely attend again!

While check-in is normally 3pm, this hotel will allow a check-in from 11am if rooms are available for an extra £10. This is much cheaper than leaving even one bag at Manchester Piccadilly’s left luggage shop which was over £12 for one bag for a few hours. I arrived shortly after 11am and Oshane who was on check-in went out of his way to get me a room. I appreciate the extra time he took. The room was excellent, the bed very comfortable and my stay was excellent value for money.

Stayed here for one night to see a concert. First time we have stayed in one of the 'New' rooms and wouldn't bother again. Room was very small, struggled to get the tv control to work, the toilet seat was broken and the sheet on the mattress only reached two thirds of the way down! Either the bedroom staff were having a laugh or they seriously need training on how to make a bed. The breakfast was fine, but stayed in the Printworks Premier Inn the week before and that was cheaper and much better.

We stayed here one night to go to see Take That. Our stay started on a high note when we were checking in We wanted to pay to check in early so needed a staff member Step up Oshane. What a brilliant and helpful guy. Full of humour but very respectful, he couldn’t have done any more for us. The room was ideal for overnight, clean, quiet and a very comfy bed. A really good breakfast finished off our stay. This hotel is ideally located for a Manchester trip. Close to the train station, and only a short walk to the transport hub of Piccadilly Gardens Would highly recommend

Brilliant service very helpful staff. Very pleasant areas to sit and chill, eat and socialise. Breakfast was good with and ability to ask for omelettes poached eggs etc. very friendly staff who a very attentive

The place is lovely, special mention to Oshane for taking good care of us the place is stunning and very accommodating. The bar area is so stunning and the staff are lovely. We stayed at in the plus rooms and it’s very spacious and modern Thankyou for our stay

I've always liked Premier Inns for their simplicity and their comfortable beds, but Manchester Piccadilly Premier Inn was good fun, too. The bar staff (Jack, in particular) were super efifiicient. After our concert, we came back to find out it was 2-for-1 cocktails and we ended up staying in the bar area until into the morning hours. Something I've never done at a Premier Inn before. A super comfy bed but also a really great vibe to the place.
