Sana may shower. Or kung timba lang, ok namn basta may maayos na tabo po

The client felt unsafe, and uncomfortable. The trip was cut short but unfortunately, the booking could not be modified so no refunds were given from the hotel, and no consideration.

The room was big, the shower only had cold water and the showerhead was also Broken. There were ants in the room. I saw a rat in the hallway and heard them crawling in the ceiling. There were 2 cockroaches in my room, i asked for housekeeping , they told me that they Will come in the morning the dat after and They never Came. They were friendly and the nightguards aswell but this should not happen. The location isn't great!

The room presents itself in a pleasant and tidy manner. The staff members demonstrate commendable service.

I will not recommended this hotel, walang elevator tapos sa 5th floor yong rooms. Di umaandar yong t.v , rinig na rinig yong ingay nang kotse sa labas. Then wala ring wifi.

I spent a few days here with my wife. The location is great with easy access to town with the availability of try circles and grab at all times. The hotel is good and cleans, though some staff seem to be naughty and unfriendly. The room is sizable enough with a good bed and comfortable mattress. Good bathroom with no hot water though, no water boiler for coffee, no wardrobe, no chair or table either. I couldn't believe it that we stayed a couple of hours with no running water, how disgusting could that be. The bedsheets aren't changed and neither is the room cleaned unless at your request and it will take them a couple of hours to do so.

The room was so good I would say... The problem was makati yung higaan. SUPER!!!! Naligo na kasi ako nung gabi, wala naman ako nakita surot pero the feeling is like that. Pero the place was so good!!!! Call ko lang attention ng housekeeping baka kasi hindi pinapalitan linens. Overall, ang ganda ng place.

We booked for 2 days, and I can’t say that was a good experience. Because the rooms were dirty and the location was bad, very noisy

Ayos Naman Ang room it's huge size para sa couples at may balkone pa to hang your clothes para matuyo agad... Ayos yong air-conditioned hindi maingay.... Yong tv signal weak sya..

Im not happy at all, i wasnt able to check in, and wasnt able to cancel or rebooked this booking, Theres nothing i could do just to let my money wasted. I hope you could do something for this. I really hope you do, you jave my details but the management didnt even bother to call me or contact me why there is no show. Im so dissapointed, I hope this caught you attention. I will find you on google review, You'll see me there.
