Ulasan Hilton Rosemont Chicago O'Hare

It was about 85 degrees in our room, and we could do nothing about it. The hotel sent up a box fan, but that didn't help much. They said it was the season and the heating vs. cooling system. It was so hot and dry that a minute after a shower my hair was dry. Worst experience in a mice hotel ever.

Nice place, I guess. I only stayed for one night. I was a little disappointed because it’s a Hilton hotel yet they didn’t tell guests that they’re undergoing water maintenance! No water through the night. And no apology or compensation from their part. Basically they told guests “don’t like it, go elsewhere..” disappointing.

kind of old, the drain in the bathtub was clogged and the water drainage was very slow. The towels were very old.

We hadn’t been to Chicago in years and were attending Wizard World 10/15-17/21, so we stayed here, with your proximity to the L, the convention center & airport. It was wonderful having the indoor walkway~ connecting the convention center too. Your restaurant was helpful ~ except for not being open for lunch, which we would have appreciated, since the convention center only had a few choices, in which we weren’t interested.

Hôtel très confortable, la chambre était spacieuse, les fitness room ouvertes 24 sur 24 au top. Dommage que la piscine était en maintenance, ils pourraient le signaler lors de la réservation… le restaurant est bien, le petit déjeuner bien complet😀

這個酒店非常適合在芝加哥轉機的旅客，有免費到機場的大巴，酒店餐廳的服務和烹飪都很好。

房間挺大的哦，早餐也很豐盛，唯一的不足就是價格太貴啦

Just an overnight fir morning flight. But I have stayed here before. Never disappoints me in comfort and cleanliness. Great staff. Will be back!!

The Room was fine, the service at the beginning of my stay not so good ... I was at the airport waiting for pick up for close to an hour and a half, called 5 times and was assured every time they are coming or be there in 15 minutes. I was extremely upset when I got to the hotel finally and let them know about it! Plus at the end of my stay I was charged for the water I never drank and was still sitting there when I left !! They did refund the charge after making a call I should not have had to do !

Everything was wonderful. I appreciated the quick responses to questions via text. The shower did not drain properly, the TV and bedding are older, but everything was comfortable.
