No power outlets. Only power outlet is where the tv is located. Requested for extensiob cord but didn't arrived

We were given a noisy room, without hot water, and worst of all, rats are very noisy running in ceilings and peeking from small wall holes. I couldn't sleep due to rat noises and we were afraid that we might get bitten so I called reception and requested to be transferred. They transferred us to a downgraded smaller room without apologizing. Our experience was a total horror.

Good for the price you pay but don't recommend for a long stay. The bathroom was dirty when we checked in, but we asked if was possible to have it clean, and they sent a guy straight away who did a great job! There is no hot water (but it was a really hot day, so it didn't bother too much!) Good wi fi in common areas and in the room!

We got a VIP room but some parts of the room are not that presentable anymore. Some switches are difficult to operate also the aircon and tv. The telephone sometimes doesn’t have dialtone. Overall staffs are very accommodating.

Deluxe room is perfect for solo travelers and the location is great, near binondo and quiapo church.

Terrible. No hot water. Poor wifi and drop out every 2 hours. Staff constant make noise at midnight and not respecting the meaning of silent. Mattress is poor. Avoid staying in here

This is a 1 star hotel which provides TV, bed, private bathroom, air con and WiFi. I stayed in a room at second level. The staff are polite and friendly. The place is clean. There is no window, no chair, no desk, no trash bin, no\missing phone, no\poor cellphone signal and cheap pillow. So this is not suitable for several days stay. I think this is only good for overnight stay. The WiFi and hot water (shower) are shared, so internet is slow and hot water can only be felt at night. The toilet (has small toilet bowl) needs to change to a better toilet bowl.

My experience in astrotel avenida is excellent, Services very good, staff approachable, air-conditioned very cold. Over all is perfect for me, Hope to stay again next time 🙂
