It was amazing stay. All staff are all helpful and friendly. Mr Danilo is such a great leader of the team. Very accommodating yo any inquiry and request. Ill be back for sure.

Good location, spacious parking and malapit sa mga pasyalan, clean rooms also. Staffs are very polite and approachable. 2nd time to book at this hotel and very family friendly.

Good accommodation , so clean and so good though the aircon is not that cold even if its in a maximum level still recommended

My first time to try Sogo Hotel. I find it so good so safe and clean. Have a very comfortable stay and rest. Their staffs are courteous and hospital. Looking forward for my next stay.

Electric supply was suddenly fault. Cover of air conditioner broken, nearly flow down.

'Twas my first time staying at Hotel Sogo Malate. True enough, they live up to their brand line "So Clean So Good". The room is spotless and smells clean! I also like the design, very functional and comfortable to move around. Plus, the staffs are super courteous and attentive to your requests and inquiries. Overall, I had a great experience the whole time of my stay. Be booking there again.

My phone got stolen from the room, and they don't even have a CCTV in the hallway to check who entered the room. They didn't bother to bring water nor to clean the room nor to put toilet paper.

The bathroom smells really bad. Though it’s clean but there is a foul smell coming out form the bowl I guess. The internet is too slow. You have to renew it every time. We also have to wait for like 30mins for them to ready the room.
