overall good for the price, clean and well located (5min to the main attractions) three hotel is located in a man with many restaurants and bar

The location was great as I have activities to do at Quirino Grandstand. The facilities and room was pleasing to the eye. However, the walls are thin, you can overhear your neighbors. There was only one door key, which can be inconvenient when you’re sharing the room with a friend. I hope you give at least 2 room keys. The aquarium wall was beautiful, however the glass needs to be cleaned.

They turn off the aquarium night at night until 6am so you can sleep. Very nice hotel , warm staff , will stay again!

Our room's tv is old, the bathroom and toilet is kinda awkward, if your taking a bath and/or pooping, you can be seen from the outside, even if the doors are smoked glass., but still love the place because it is near in the MOP and Ph Biodome as well as in Luneta Park 😁

We liked the room itself, the massage services (do take drinks with you to the hot room though), and being near Rizal Park and other activities. We did not like the lack of information about the water park being mostly closed (no slides open) nor the food poisoning we got from the breakfast buffet.

The location is unsuitable for senior citizens or disabled as the access is up many steps to the entrance. The swimming pool was not available for guests due to a problem, disappointing as was looking forward to a swim. The hotel in general is looking rather “tired” and definitely not worthy of the 4 star rating. On the plus side, the staff were pleasant and friendly.  Breakfast was a buffet and plenty of choice, no complaints there.  When taking a shower water fills the bathroom floor as the door doesn’t seal properly. Quite a few points need addressing to retain the 4 star rating!

The staffs are friendly. Food choice is limited but the location is nice can even walk atround roxas blvrd. Luneta and also have lunch at Harbor Restaurant where you can view manila bay while having lunch or dinner

We got the room where the CR's door were transparent, its kinda awkward doing your private things while knowing someone sees you doing it. Also, my driver's license was asked upon checkin but was never returned even after checkout. I just remembered it when I needed it and I'm already back in the province. I sent an inquiry to their email and was told it wasn't on their possession and I requested them to double check, and on the next day it was confirmed that they indeed still has it. The location is great but the hotel doesn't feel fancy at all.

Our kids enjoyed as much as we did. Ibwill recommend this to friends who have families because their kids will definitely love here 😊

This hotel never dissapoint. We keep coming back. It’s one of our go to hotel.

Not satisfied with the breakfast food buffet. Thumbs up to the hotel staff.
