This property is worthy of a return though I will be asking for a little softer mattress. The staff was very customer friendly, check in& out were very quick with a information packet received at check in. I did not partake in the breakfast, I chose to make the less than a mile walk to Red Dog coffee shop, it did not disappoint! The location isn't right in the middle of anything though you have amazing dining, shopping and experiences in both directions as well as a park& bus services right across the street! The rooms are spacious with microwave, fridge& Keurig in room. The hot water and water pressure were great also.

Location of this property was perfect to catch shuttle going to the incline, which was the purpose of our trip. Easy walk to shops and dining.

Very friendly motel. Very clean and neat. But, the heat blows very hot and dry, but shortly after it shuts off, the room gets cold again quickly. Not well insulated? Also, the heat does not penetrate well to the bathroom area around the back. A bulb was not working and one plug/charger seemed unreliable. Breakfast was very limited. But again, friendly and neat and clean. Also, closer in walking distance to the center of Manitou Springs than a number of similarly-priced hotels/motels.

Hotel was very quiet. We had neighbors, as we saw their cars. Never heard anyone. Extra bonus they shoveled, by hand, a path to our car doors!!! Our room was clean and large, and had a big tv.
Shower hot and cold was touchy when someone flushed. Definitely stay here again!!!

Nice little basic motel with a comfortable bed, clean & fairly roomy - more room to move around & stash luggage than more expensive hotels. The front desk staff was friendly. The only challenge was that the shower dispensers (shampoo, conditioner, body wash) were empty. I travel with my own shampoo/cond. so it wasn't a huge deal and we used the bar soap from the sink.
The location is super convenient to shops & restaurants nearby. We didn't try the breakfast since we prefer coffee shops & got coffee & breakfast at Loft Espresso instead (good & friendly staff!).
We were hiking Garden of the Gods, and would stay here again if in the area.

I cannot thank David at the front desk more for his help! I had an auto accident during my stay in Manitou Springs and had to arrange towing for my car from the hotel. David gave me an extra hour to check out to sort things out and allowed my car to be towed from their parking lot. The room was also exceptionally clean and well-maintained. Both the front desk and cleaning staff were so kind and helpful throughout my stay. Thank you so much again!

Belladonna was so helpful and just has a beautiful attitude! Our room was roomy and everything was clean. The day was very cold, but the heater warmed the room quickly and there were extra blankets for the beds. We will stay again if the opportunity arises.
