SureStay Hotel by Best Western Manning

Tried to get a refund they told me the other place had to do it but the I called the hotel first they could have helped me but chose not to ! Happy Mother’s Day to me when we have been driving for 11 hours and y’all want me to drive four in the other direction

Rooms are clean. Staff is nice and accommodating. Beds are comfortable. Shower/water pressure is good. No complaints.

This place had quite a high rating, and it was okay, but I was still surprised by how highly rated it was. The staff was very friendly. The room seemed clean. However, there was an odor within the room, as if somebody had recently been smoking (not cigarettes) in the room. It appeared there was an attempt to remove the odor, but it was still lingering. The walls between the rooms were very thin. We could hear somebody in the room next to us coughing at night. The mattress was quite comfortable. The pillows were not that comfortable. It was a fine place to stay for one night, and I would probably go there again if needed. It wasn't great, but it was serviceable. Expect a motel-quality room (which makes sense because it's a motel, as opposed to a hotel).

The property was dated. The paint in the bathtub was cracked and peeling. The room lacked tissue and a hand-soap holder. The bath towels were small and coarse. The room had a very nice, big TV which was easy to use. It also had a small refrigerator. The room was clean. Breakfast was adequate but not great.

Great stay. Beds were very comfortable. Staff were very polite and friendly. Over all a great stay.

Requested a walk in shower. They booked me one one the second floor with no elevator!! What about mobility impaired is not understood there???

The young lady at the front desk was delightful. What a perfect hotel to spend a night. Rooms were very clean, bed very comfortable. Great find!!

Pleasant surprise for the cost. Breakfast was good. Room was clean. It looked like it had been painted recently.

This was an excellent economy accommodation. We were completely satisfied with the service, cleanliness of the room, courtesy of the staff & the quality of the breakfast. Definitely recommended for an overnight stop just off I-95.
