Hotel dengan Pengambilan dari hotel di Maputo

O hotel está instalado no denominado prédio Funchal, onde eram, no meu tempo as Conservatórias do Registo Civil. Fica no centro da cidade, mesmo ao lado da Catedral. Se ficar para cima do 9 andar terá optimas vistas sobre a cidade. As pessoas do hotel foram muitos simpáticas e cordatas. Havia asseio e prontidão em satisfazer o cliente. O pequeno-almoço é aceitavel, pese embora para não Ingleses poderia haver um pouco mais de oferta, nomeadamente mel e uma ou outra compota. O menos bom deste hotel é que não tive direito a transferes do e para o aeroporto. E outra coisa muito estranha é que o serviço de taxis que serve o hotel não cobra por viagem mas sim pelo numero de pessoas que vai no taxi! Portanto nunca se sirvam dos taxis que servem o hotel, mas sim e sempre da Viva Taxi.

My wife and I stayed 3 nights, arriving at 2PM with a rental car and parking in front. A nice English-speaking receptionist copied my passport, as I signed an entry sheet, then presented the key cards. After parking in their secure lot, we took one of the 2 elevators to the 1st floor. Wood tiled room #116 opened to a fully outfitted bathroom with a tile shower, followed by a refer, safe and coffee station, a comfortable but small double bed facing a satellite TV(Al Jezzara, BBC or CNN, 5 sports, Disney, Discovery + 10 more channels), then desk and chair. A large window opened to planted palms. While the room is small it is ideally designed with quiet AC, constant bathroom exhaust, good secure WIFI and 2 outlet stations. The serviced 6:30AM lobby breakfast was excellent; juices, fruit, yogurt, eggs, hot and cold meats, cheese, breads/jams, muffins and coffee machine choices. This new 125 room hotel connects to the Baia Mall and overlooks the sea.

房间不错 is big and nice staff. Especially the reception lady. She is very kind to help me to buy the sim card. Because i don't speak Portuguese

As a family we stayed at the Polana recently . It was an uplifting,enjoyable experience for all of us from the youngest (3) to the oldest . The hotel is truly a grande dame in sparkling condition .The staff are super obliging and the chef and his staff excel. Highly ,highly recommended

The hotel needs a revamp and sorely needs maintenance and a better level of cleaning. I was locked in the toilet of the foyer as the toilet door handle was off, fortunately I was “rescued” within 5 minutes ….. the solution to the problem I saw the following day was to put toilet paper in the lock. The bathroom in my room has certainly not been given a good clean in months, the mildew on the t grouting and corners was awful. Dinner was cold and substandard, breakfast was overall a 2/5.

The place was nice comfortable, the guy at reception is really nice and helpful. Location if you're looking to be in the downtown hustle and bustle area is key. The only bad experience was the cleaning stuff searching through my stuff and making it obvious that someone was looking for cash coz my passport was not taken, so if management can address this with the cleaning team.

住在馬普托AFECC格洛裏亞酒店近1個月，我想分享一下我的體驗。 這個酒店中文名稱也叫安徽外經凱萊酒店，是一個酒店，酒店範圍巨大，含酒店主樓，不用出大門旁邊有gloria Mall， 一樓中國超市，3樓電影院。 酒店的亮點是，所有客房都是朝向海灘，酒店大門外一條路就是海灘，所有房間海景房。 -1樓有個紅酒雪茄吧，可招待貴賓客戶，酒水較貴。 G樓是西餐廳，大堂咖啡廳，早餐就在G樓用，首先，我要說酒店的位置非常方便。它位於市中心，附近有很多購物和餐飲場所，非常適合旅行者。此外，酒店還提供免費的接送服務，這對於沒有租車的旅客來說非常方便。 1樓是中餐館菜肴豐富，每次點餐都有選擇障礙，胃口小的建議點每天特價套餐，單點的每一樣菜都是巨大，基本兩個菜你啥都吃不下了，炒飯麵條也是湯盆大小，可兩人-3人分享。 2樓是健身房，泳池和spa，spa硬件配置很高，但因為師傅少，衹見過2人，建議提前預約。 其次，酒店的房間非常乾淨和舒適。床鋪非常柔軟，讓人感到非常放鬆。浴室也很乾凈，配置浴缸，乾濕分離。洗漱用品較齊全，有梳子牙具，但無棉簽，有針線包。 裝修屬於國內傳統酒店裝修，中式的，床巨大，2米的，並排放3個枕頭，枕頭較高，裝修較早有溫馨感，無異味，但因為在海邊，會有些許飛蟲，紗簾拉上會好很多，酒店中央空調開了就無襲擾了。 酒店房間標配陽台，陽台3-4平米，較大，可遠眺馬普托灣，每天看漲潮落潮。海風和潮水聲容易入眠。 最後，酒店的服務讓我印象深刻。工作人員非常友好和樂於助人，他們總是保持微笑並儘力滿足客人的需求。 總的來說，我非常喜歡在這裏住宿的體驗。聽本地人說，此酒店坐落的位置整個馬普托找不到第二家，配置也非常適合國人旅遊，缺點就是晚訂的話破千每天，強烈推薦給那些正在尋找一個舒適和方便的住宿地點的旅客。

general atmosphere and staffs in the hotel are OK morning breaksfast is also reasonable good while there are also many good restaurants nearby the hotel gym is rather small but good enough for short training I found this is the first hotel provide water spray next to the toilet which is very helpful for travellors from Asia

We had booked this before colleagues of mine in Maputo recommended other hotels. The hotel is clean, secure, and quiet, and the front desk staff were great. Location is reasonably close to the business districts and there is a grocery store next door. The rooftop bar is OK, though in a city with a lot of great views, it is nothing special. The breakfast was pretty dismal, and given how difficult transportation can be in Maputo if you don't have a driver, the staff could have been more helpful in that regard: they called a driver to take us to dinner but then left us to negotiate the price. In Portuguese. If your transportation is covered and this place is cheap, go ahead, but otherwise there are better places in town.

I had a wonderful stay in Montebelo Indy Maputo Congress Hotel. It is like living in a nice and quite village in the major city Maputo. Although the gym and the pool were closed due to Covid restrictions, the hotel succeeded in maintaining some part of their entertainment program: they have a very nice SPA and professional hairdresser services with friendly personnel. Following the Covid measures: I was very comfortable with their hygene policy and the way they put this in practice. Their hygene standards are comparable with or even higher than the ones of a 5 star hotel in Maputo. The hotel also maintains a high level of security, the rooms are nice and well maintained and the breakfast was very good. In short: if I would ever return to Maputo I book again a room in this hotel.
