Locatie, receptie en ontbijt was heel goed, het hotel en de kamer is behoorlijk gedateerd.

Am Strand und sehr zentral gelegen. Die Appartement mit separatem Schlafzimmer und seitlicher Meersicht sind mit Küche und den nötigsten Küchenutensilien eingerichtet. Das Frühstück haben wir selber zubereitet und auf dem Balkon genossen. Das Hotel können wir empfehlen, wir waren bereits das zweite Mal dort.

I always enjoy my stay here. The location is great, very central but quiet. The staff is friendly and helpful, making it good for a long-term stay. It’s also convenient when you need to work.

Good area of marbella. Great for new town and the old town. Beds are a bit hard but not the worst of spain

An apart hotel with a grand entrance, lovely rooftop terrace, small swimming pool and all the amenities you'd need. Clean, well laid out, fully equipped studio apartment with a small but functional private balcony. Nice location on the sea front with public underground parking next door at €23 for 24 hours. Loved the shower

Staff were very helpful and even tolerated my poor attempts at Spanish. The room was comfortable and well-appointed. The location was excellent - and as advertised. In short, were we to return to Marbella in similar circumstances, I'd re-book without a moment's hesitation. One minor quibble; why charge for use of a room-safe? This is a common practice but one that annoys me. Yes, it is "only a few euros" but that argument cuts both ways. Is the income worth the irritation to , in my case, a tired and grumpy old man, who can't secure vital stuff without going down to reception and paying something extra. Please just factor it into the cost! Overall - excellent. Many thanks

Everything was perfect, at the réception of the hotel Francisco, Julud, Fran, Miguel and an argentian man that i forgot his name they were all so kind and friendly. It was just the same with the maids and the ladies at the restaurant. My room was facing the ocean directly on the promenade where you can walk to Puerto Banus.

Excellent location to beach shops bars and restaurants.. Studio was clean bright and equipped with everything you need for self catering .. would definitely book this hotel again
