The photos were quite confusing, as I had initially believed I had booked a room with a bathtub, but instead, we ended up in a very basic room in the main house. I'm not sure whether this was my mistake or the hotel's. There was no staff available at the hotel, so there was no way to discuss the issue. 24 hours before our check-in, I received an email informing me that I would need to unlock the room with my phone (keyless entry). I'm unsure how this would work for someone without a phone battery or someone unfamiliar with Android/smartphones. The room itself was large but sparsely furnished. The windows were high up, so there was no view. The amenities were basic, with a shared coffee and water machine in the hallway. It would have been nice to see a reception or concierge, but there was no one available at all. Overall, the room was clean but very basic considering the price.
