Friendly and incredibly kind staff. Food choices were excellent. Proximity to the beach is unbeatable! The pools were beautiful. I would suggest more serving staff around the pool. It took quite a while to order something.

The hotel was beautiful, well maintained, great location (beach access) and staff was very friendly and accommodating. The only draw back was the bed and pillows for a 4 star hotel I would think that the beds (not comfortable) and pillows (extremely flat) would be of better quality, but other than that great hotel especially for a solo traveler.

My wife and I spent four nights in Marco Island in May 2023 at the Boathouse. We have stayed there many times over the last twenty years. We have never had a problem or an issue there. The owners are very friendly and the service was always excellent. We recommend the Boathouse with absolutely no reservations. We intend to stay there again.
