We got a great deal during Ramadan. Location is Agdal, leafy suburbs with good shops, calm and quiet and close to the city centre, ten minutes drive. It's a classic hotel with two huge pools and great slides for kids. Breakfast was plentiful. Recommend.

The hotel is very big. If you bring children, the water park is a big surprise. The hotel is very historical, the rooms are very big, and the design is quite special. It is worth visiting, but don't go there at night because there are too many mosquitoes. The breakfast is so-so!

Why i said dont bother especially if your british because the standards are nowhere near what we are used to. So to avoid frustration, stress, impatience, cleanliness and variety of breakfast buffet - DO NOT GO HERE. Even ketchup does not exist. The whole communication between reception & staff is ridiculous. You’ll actually receive a headache talking to these people. The english is POOR aswell - you have to request for the manager if u need help. The phones dont work, or if they do, a rude woman at the phone reception named L Yashmin will cut the call on you - typical rude behaviour. The carpets need seriously a new refurbishment, pretty sure those carpets have been there since before the 21st century (mucky and stained). Lunch and dinner you'll be buying outside or u pay £15 pp for dinner at the hotel. Also those slides… they are not as amazing as you think. If you have travelled to resorts in different countries and experienced crazy slides, this is nothing plus the life guards don't exist here, and when they appear they are on their phones. So be prepared to act as the new life guard over your kids. Also taxis will scam you! Make sure when going to city centre its no more than 40 DHIRAMS. They will try say 80/100 as your a tourist, but luckily we was advised. Spas are £45pp. Now… on the plus side.. the hotel has 2 lovely big pools and its a spacious lobby plus atms exist. The local shopping centre is walking distance where u get ur kfc, burger king etc and carefour supermarket. The city centre is also very close, and its super busy until past midnight and its pretty safe hotel. However.. i will be a clown to book and stay at this hotel again. Never again! This is a 3 star at highest. How they got 5 star? idk how

The experience was great the staff are amazing, as well as the food. Always good vibes and great energy. The blue bar is the best spot “imo” there’s kareoki and entertainment every night. The waterpark is fantastic and so is the weather. I really recommend

The staff is really wonderful especially the aqua entertainment team Hamid, Samir, Hassan, Mustafa, Ayoub, hamza, wafa and houda, Nasima was so friendly and taking care both of us and the our kid. All hands for the restaurant staff especially Soufiane in the kitchen.

Hello, this hotel is not a 5-star! Zero value for money. The facilities are outdated, the bathroom and room furniture are from another era. The carpet in the hallways is disgusting. Breakfast and dinner are very limited. Indoor pool at 200 Dirhams per hour!. ****** in the rooms at 5:00 in the morning. In short, a hotel to avoid...I will never return.

We booked a room as a family at the Mogador Aqua Fun hotel in Marrakech and what can I say it was a disastrous experience. The rooms were dirty and dusty, the bedding and blankets were in very poor condition. The sheets on the beds were very dusty. The showers were poorly maintained. In fact, when we arrived, the toilets were full of hairs and the room floor was very dirty and uncleaned. We asked for cleaning twice but it was not done in good faith. The windows were very dirty with traces of children's hands who may have stayed before us. We also asked for a baby bed 3 times, but it was only provided at midnight and without a baby blanket. The hotel management was very incompetent, unsalesmanlike, uncompassionate, and unresponsive to customer requests. We therefore cut our stay short very quickly and without a refund. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel.

Hôtel qui ne vaut pas le coup pour un 5 étoiles de luxe. Ménage bâclé, lit pas très bien fait, serviettes pas changées juste pliés mouillées, savon pas rempli, poussière pas faite. Le 1er jour le ménage n'a pas était fait, le lendemain j'ai croisé la femme de ménage je lui dis que notre chambre n'a pas été faite, elle m'a répondu que y'avait la pancarte ne pas déranger alors que ce n'était pas vrai, du coup elle l'a faite parce que j'ai laissé un pourboire. Le 3ème jour on est sorti le matin pour le petit dej et on est rentrée vers 14h10, le ménage toujours pas fait, je l'ai croisé dans le couloir je lui ai dis personne n'est passé, elle m'a répondu c'est normal on a du travail car y'a les sorties/rentrées (sachant que les sorties/rentrées c'est tous les jours, bref). On est ressorti, le soir en rentrant on a trouvé qu'elle juste bâclé le lit c'est tout. On a fait la réclamation à l'accueil, un monsieur gentil nous a dit je vais faire passer le message, sauf qu'à ce jour où j'écris ce commentaire, en rentrant dans la chambre, c'était pareil lit bâclé et serviettes pliées mouillées. Donc on va les emmener à l'accueil. Je ne sais si y'a une gouvernante pour vérifier les tâches, mais si elle y est c'est qu'elle ne fait pas son travail et c'est très grave pour cet établissement. Petit dej: Les personnes qu'on a croisé sont très gentils surtout Mr. Rachid personne très professionnel et très serviable. Par contre le monsieur qui prépare le thé, je suis allée pour qu'il me sert un verre de thé, je l'ai trouvé avec une cliente entrain de lui noter quelque chose sur son téléphone, j'ai attendu 5mn, aucune réaction, je me suis permise de me servir moi-même et toujours pas ni de réaction ni d'excuses.
