Very bad from my side , in side blanket big whole , when we sleep outside much voice

I don’t usually write reviews unless it’s good, but I thought I need to warn people as it’s really bad. If you are booking a standart room the window would be facing to a wall and there is limited lighting and air in the room. It was really depressing as the room was so dark, dump and smelly. I wanted to change room but the second room they offer was the same (window facing to the wall) and they offered me refund but all the other hotels were full or else the price was doubled as it’s not pre booked. So I had to stay there a few days. The pool doesn’t work, all hallways are dark, just everything is so dirty and depressing place to stay. Don’t manipulated by the nice pictures if you’re booking a standart rooms and book your stay somewhere clean and has lights.

This is the worse hotel because the AC doesn’t work and they gave me a fan to keep cool, because they didn’t refund my money although it’s there problem. Reception boys told me if you want to cancel it’s ok. They didn’t care and I did contact trip.com but they didn’t still solve it yet !!!!! I really don’t recommend any one to go there. I told them I will write this .

The location is great. Just a few steps to Taksim Square. Staff is very friendly and responsive .The neighborhood can be a bit loud at night, depending on the room location, I think.

The hotel is near tourist attractions, convenient but the room is not soundproof, the noise from outside is too loud.

The staff was beyond rude. I changed 3 rooms upon arrival as there were bed bugs across all rooms which gave me bumps on my body. The hotel staff refused to change my room for the 4th time and asked me find a hotel in the middle of the night and move there for one night as they had run out of rooms despite having paid the fare. Moreover they blamed me for bringing bed bugs in the middle of the night and treated me badly. Can (one member of staff was an exception and cared about service.

It was hot and A/C ISN'T WORKING.. EVEN AFTER COMPLAINING TO THE MANAGER THEY DID NOTHING

The staff was indifferent, the rooms were scruffy, the music from the discotheque next door was loud until 01:00 at night, not to mention the breakfast, it was AWFUL. I have stayed in hundreds of hotels in Turkey and Europe as a traveler, and I have never seen a dirty 4-star hotel that advertises with pictures of when it was built.

Hotel location is the best. Despite that, Hotel is old, free water only check-in day(1day), then you have to buy water even it is cheap and can provide guests. Rooms and corridors are dark, elevator slow. Overall 3/5 .

Very friendly staff and provided for requests promptly, location is excellent right in the centre of Taksim Square, within easy reach of all amenities
