Symphonie de Marrakech Riad & Spa

The riad was beautiful and spotlessly clean. It was situated just off the main square, within an extremely short walk to the souks and many restaurants and cafe terraces. Our room was small, basic but everything we needed with a good, hot shower. The staff were polite, very welcoming and helpful. Our room was cleaned with fresh towels and bedding every day. We booked a really enjoyable trip to Ouika Valley and waterfalls in the Atlas mountains through the hotel staff. The breakfasts were a set traditional menu but very adequate, with an extra special breakfast on our last day! We certainly would stay here again. Delightful!

The location is good (although tricky to find on first arrival) and all of the staff were really good - very friendly and helpful. The riad is very clean. All of the public areas are attractive and in traditional style. Our room was in the annexe which is a second small riad close by the main hotel. There is a very short walk along a narrow passage way to get to it. The rooms here are simple and small. The shower room is cute and in traditional style but is in need of a bit of updating. The electric sockets were a bit temperamental- plug in one meant the next one went off!

Staff were fantastic very helpful ! Even the cleaners amazing job !!! When we arrived we were told we weren’t staying there but down in another 5 min walk in a dark dirty alley ! We were so disappointed We were dropped off at a shell garage 5/10 walk from the raid and had to walk across a dark square with all our bags . A young boy about 18 if that came to meet us to take us down the dark lanes !! Beautiful staff can’t fault then at all Beds were just dreadful very poor

The service was exemplary individually and as a team we were treated regally and would heartily recommend this Riad The location was great and you can ignore previous review mentioning the alley which is just quintessential Marrakech. Yes the hot and cold taps in the shower are wrongly labelled but we could find nothing to complain about here. The food was good, it was very clean, the reception staff were helpful and the waiters were truly fantastic.

We stayed here for 3 nights. It wasn’t easy to find as there is no signage, and Google maps are no help as they changed the name of the Riad. We got dropped off at the square in a taxi from the airport. After a nightmare trying to find it, we contacted the riad and sent them our location on WhatsApp and they sent a member of staff to get us from another riad with the same name! The Riad itself is basic, we only used it to sleep in. The room was cleaned everyday. However everyday they took the towels and didn’t replace them, so every night I had to go to reception and get towels!! The shower was a nightmare, either scalding hot or freezing cold. Also The hot water came out the cold tap at the sink. I booked the Hamman and massage which was nice. The girl who provided the service was lovely and very good However the money the Riad charges for this service is ridiculous,so look elsewhere for a better deal. The Hamman is basically a room with a massage table in it and a slab to lie on with a well. They have excursions you can book. Don’t book at the Riad, put “get your guide” app on phone and book excursions without being ripped off. The breakfast was very disappointing. They don’t give you much. We loved Marrakesh, and we will be back. Just not to this Riad. This Riad needs to up its game and stop trying to rip off its guests

The taxi driver bring me until the square and we call the riad than they send us someone to pickup us from the taxi to the riad everything was full organised the one that I admire was the desert activity wish they organised for me and I would like to mention the breakfast as well that was real delicious and thanks to the staff for there service
