Farah and the Sofitel team made out stay fantastic - the wonderful breakfast and bed are outstanding ! Staff was helpful in arranging the city tour and helped with all details. Enjoy the spa and the great pool - it can be crowded at times. Shoukran Sofitel

Wonderful service! Kaoutar, Ilham, Farah and Haitam were fantastic! They helped me with my French and provided great service! I would highly recommend the Sofitel Hotel. They have the best breakfast buffet I have ever had…and the hotel is in a great location.

The hotel was beautiful. Rooms where very good, and the beds where amazing. Food was oké. Taoufiq and Khalid where the best!

Somehow, this property does not live up to expectations. Let's make it short - The only bright spot is the breakfast. Excellent and plentiful, that is if you show up before 9am, at which point it becomes a zoo. If you are an Accor All member, you might as well go elsewhere, as there is zero recognition, zero upgrades and zero perks. Being Doamond I was very surprised. The pool restaurant has the worst service of all. Food is overpriced and not good. You have to beg foe someone to take you order. Room service is quite quick. Warning, they charge for coffee pods. Housekeeping is a joke and I had to call five times for a couple of towels until I stepped out and found some on a cart. Our room was not a suite despite being called one. It was a long room ending in a small balcony. Every evening there was a lot of noise from a band playing by the pool or some conference event. Summary - not good at all. Poor value. Crappy "suites". Good breakfast.

This was my first time at Sofitel, and I loved it. We dined at the Orangery restaurant and enjoyed cocktails at the Lawrence bar in the evening, admiring the beautiful terrace view. I love this Hotel ! It’s my second home. In particular the staff in the restaurant at breakfast are ALL so attentive and eager to serve -- Each morning Hicham spoke with us asking about our travel plans for the day and guiding us where possible. This was a great help and he is a true asset to the hotel, he made our stay that extra bit special.

We were here in april 2024 . Friendly staff , thakns to chef ben ali et chef tarik , delicious dinner, spacious rooms with a mega balcony, WIFI in the rooms and you can ask all your questions to the friendly restaurant orangery staff . Rooms are clean and cleaned every day , your clothes are folded and your come back to a brand new room ! All in all , we give this hotel a 10/10 Ana And let’s not forget chef hammouda , chef azedine , chef hassan , afrae , othmane and khadija

we had a great night, the food was delicious and varied, particularly the sushi and salad section, which was delicious. the staff very friendly and efficient and the music both background playlist and the band were fantastic, especially the band!

Fabulous stay here, staff really attentive even when by the end of the week it was really busy with people on holiday for Eid. Thank you to Meryam our maid & Amhed on reception for make a very memorable stay. Location is great as lots of the main attractions are within walking distance & lots of restaurants close by.

Amazing service, Hanane was very attentive and super friendly! Fabulous food also!! All the staff were extremely helpful! Super clean area, felt like a lavish experience! Great variety of food choices, their pastry selection is a personal favourite!!

The service was great. Hanane helped us a lot. Reda‘s egg benedict are fantastic and his singing was an beautiful experience every morning. We love the Sofitel team and the hotel facility. It was my first experience in Marrakesch and I will come back.
