房間很乾凈，白色的牆壁很敞亮，checkin和住的不在同一個院子，入住的時候有人會幫忙拉行李，而且會給你選香氛的味道，提前在房間裏點好。樓下有spa，儘量提早預訂，我就沒約到。可能是是季節問題，屋內感覺有點涼，需要開着空調。另外minibar的聲音有點大

非常棒的入住體驗，很有當地特色的房型，服務人員非常在線且友好！如果去馬拉喀什旅行，這是非常好的選擇！

非常滿意。辦理入住等待期間還送了茶點。酒店非常漂亮，早餐相當豐盛，房間非常整潔。網速很好。住了兩天，非常滿意！下次再過來時還會考慮。

Great place to stay and well located. The staff made the stay extra special as they ALL were helpful and friendly and nothing was too much trouble . The breakfast was good and evening meals were very nice and well presented.the room was kept clean . The roof terrace gave good views to .

Marrakesh, long weekend at one of the Riads by Angsana. Beautifully decorated and prepared room, wonderful hospitality from all staff. Giving us a mobile phone was a great touch and enabled us to wander the city in the knowledge we could always find our way back. great spa, handily placed in the Riad where we were staying. Day trip to the Atlas Mountains a fabulous trip out. Only downside passport control at airport, quickly forgotten about on entering the calming space of the riad.

Amazing location. Awesome service. Great chef made traditional Morrocan food. Loved my stay! Water pressure was low due to some government regulation. Was not a big deal for me. Food tasted organic and healthy. The people are really nice. Walkable distance to nearby souks and museums.

Fantastic stay at Riad Si Said. The Riad is very traditional and beautifully decorated. The staff is warm and kind, nothing is too much to ask, they will make your stay extremely enjoyable. The restaurant is also amazing, the food is prepared with care and love to cater to all the tastes but by keeping the authentic flavors of the Moroccan cuisine. We had a great time with great people.

Great location of the riad I stayed in. The rooms were spacious and had good water pressure in the shower. The breakfast served was a basic Maroccan affair. The staff did struggle with basic requests that deviated from this at breakfast, but google translate helped greatly. Over great stay and the massage I had at the spa was wonderful.

Highly recommended anyone want to have a traditional Morocco vibe hotel with clean and comfortable environments. The room is big and clean, every building has a pool and rooftop so can enjoy both room and outdoor with family or friends. Big breakfast and very tasty, a combination of western and Morocco style. Also tried dinner once here, good price with high quality love the daily soup. Hannah and Sokki were so nice and friendly, they tried to help whatever you need, and check in us when we needed. Definitely a great experience, 10 of 10

Amazing time spent at Rhiad Angsana, the manager was so kind and the same time professional making sure we feel like at home, big 5 star to the whole reception team boys as well as security guards being on their feet all night long , restaurant waitersobely lady and great gentlemans , kitchen staff more than 5 starts to- all organic food , homemade with all the explanations of the ingredients at each meal . Housekeeping ladies are hard working people and lovely- rooms are clean everyday, changing towel, spraying out the room , candles in, food drinks service in the room as well for no more fees. Private rooftop terrace and small hot tub- swimming pool as well. Honestly I cannot thank enough to all of you and I’m sure me and my teenager will forever remember your place ! People just go there and enjoy it

What a place, and what amazing service! We arrived to be welcomed with mint tea, oils for our hands, a friendship bracelet and were invited to choose the fragrance we would like for our pillows. Our room was beautiful in a stunning Riad, lots of room and wee extras. The breakfast was incredible, fruit and semolina to start followed by bread, cake, crepes with condiments and a delicious omlette, with as much freshly squeezed orange juice and coffee as we liked. The reception staff were really helpful and kind, helping us with any questions and even providing us with a mobile in case we needed them while out and about. Truly a fantastic experience, would recommend fully!

These, once upon a time, homes/Riads, (six in total,) to the wealthy, many wived Moroccan men are a step back in time and, from every perspective, a continuously mesmerising, beautifully maintained and restored feast for the eyes. Brilliantly, now used as hotels. The internal wood carved balconies and tiled pools and walkways are stunning. I was not a fan of the local spices on my hotel food, but their Tagines and bread rolls never let me down and were absolutely delicious! (When ordering a meal here, be sure to, where possible, ask that spices are not added or dusted onto your food and drinks as they are very acquired taste. Chef will absolutely add them to everything including drinks and pudding if you don’t.) Make sure your Riad has an open air swimming pool in it without a public street trek to another location… you’ll need it! The rooms are air conditioned and cleaned regularly to a good standard. Don’t leave money out as the cleaners will assume it is a tip and take it. Before booking here, check there isn’t an additional daily room tax to be added at the end of your stay, (We had to pay it, but argued for the amount to be considerably lowered first as it was sprung on us!) The rooms, in spite of their good size can be a bit gloomy and claustrophobic as there is a lack of external light. We were given a free smart phone by the hotel for the total duration of our stay… very useful for navigating etc!. (If you lose it you have to pay for it!) Sadly, the wealth of the Riads belay the poverty, declining industry and the very dangerous roads/alleyways outside. Having left the safety of your beautiful Riad, Immediately, Marrakesh’s many fast moving mopeds become a threat to life and limb as the very narrow and alleyways have no pavements and are its roads you have to walk to get anywhere…nowhere outside is safe from them. As you approach the open market squares in addition to the mopeds, you then have to content with many cars and to the untrained tourist, it is very stressful trying to cross roads, even identifying where to walk/what is road and what isn’t becomes terrifying. Extreme caution and alertness required at all times. (This is no place for children.) Animal welfare is not good… many horses (hitched to tourist carriages,) left standing in 40+ temps with no observable free access to water or shade for hours on end. There were many litters of kittens wandering around, some, clearly close to death. There were quite a few very elderly female beggars. The smell of the open street drains, whilst intermittent, was vile. Night seems to be the time when young local families come out to chill sitting around the market squares… one very worrying incident I observed was group of under tens running around with burning boxes. They did this for a good hour in very windy conditions. There seemed to be no parents nearby and unrelated passing local adults did not intervene. A difficult experience for me to witness as I was three flights of stairs up at
