Nice service.

I recently had the opportunity to stay at Amanjena to celebrate a momentous occasion - my wedding anniversary. However, I regret to see that the experience was far from the memorable celebration I had envisioned. Late Pick-Up: Our disappointment began when the pre-arranged pick-up service was delayed by 30 minutes. We had high hopes for a seamless start to our special day, but the delay left us feeling disheartened. Unwelcoming Check-In: The check-in process was neither warm nor welcoming. The individual who assisted us seemed unwell, frequently coughing throughout the process, and their demeanor was less than hospitable. Furthermore, the request for extensive personal information, including home address and occupation, felt invasive and detracted from the celebratory mood of our anniversary. Pool Temperature: One of the main reasons we chose your resort for our anniversary was the promise of a room with access to a pool. However, the pool's temperature was disappointingly cold, making it uncomfortable for a swim. We were surprised that a premium establishment like Aman does not offer a heated pool or jacuzzi. When we inquired about the possibility of heating the pool, the manager promised to check and never got back to us, leaving us waiting for an answer. TV Remote Issues: The inconvenience continued when we found that the TV remote control was non-functional. This may seem like a minor issue, but it had a noticeable impact on our desire to unwind and enjoy our time together. Shower Drain Problems: The slow drainage in the shower area was another inconvenience that affected our stay. The water took an excessive amount of time to drain, which was both uncomfortable and unhygienic. Bathing Salt Quality: To add to our disappointment, the bathing salt provided had sharp objects in it and did not dissolve as expected. This presented a potential safety hazard and was certainly not the soothing experience we had hoped for. Passport Delay: In a final instance of frustration, we realized that our passports had not been returned to us two hours after checking in. It was only after we called the front desk and waited for an additional 10 minutes that they were finally delivered back to us. Our wedding anniversary is a special occasion, and we had high hopes for the quality of service that Aman is renowned for. However, the numerous inconveniences we encountered left us with a sense of profound disappointment on what should have been a joyous day.

The rooms are very spacious with elegant design. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, always willing to go above and beyond to make our stay memorable.

This is a great place to come and relax. The service is excellent and the facilities top notch. The food and restaurands are very tasty and diverse. We spend 7 days exploring Marrakesh and sourounding areas and came here for out last 2 days for pure relaxation. It was a great experience and we look forward to our next stay there.

非常值得的酒店，可以説是整個摩洛哥之行的高光時刻，每個房間都是一個獨立的Riad 庭院，服務親切但不過分熱情，除了餐食一般，環境可以説是無可挑剔。馬拉喀什其實整體都比較臟亂差，酒店內和酒店外可以説是兩個世界，如果下次再來馬拉喀什，仍舊考慮住在這裏！

とても見事なホテル、落ち着いた雰囲気で清潔、スタッフの皆さんの対応も最高です。庭でテント貸切でのディナーはこれまでにない特別な気分になる幸せなものでした。 これまでSri Panwa, PhuketやJumeirah, Maldivesが良かったですが、同等かそれ以上の良いホテルでした。

設計很棒，衞生遇到了沙城暴，所以有點不乾淨，但是服務人員很快會來打掃衞生，服務特別好，很開心，記得給小費，

值得一去的酒店

環境和建築是很好的，但是服務屬於普通酒店水平，感覺對不起這個溢價。比如我和朋友分別在不同時間抵達，但酒店衹肯給每個房間提供一次免費pick-up，最後還是我們房間取消了送機服務他們才肯給我朋友報銷去程的打車費，非常費勁。而國內一晚兩三千人民幣的酒店都是按人次免費pick-up的，你們同品牌的琅勃拉邦的安縵也是在每位客人每次出酒店大門玩耍的時候都給安排免費接送的。另外我們吃早餐的時候工作人員還把果汁灑在了我們另一位朋友的身上，也沒有道歉，也沒有處理我朋友身上的和地上的果汁。總之這家的服務很跟不上，不會去第二次的

安縵珍娜酒店 Amanjena Morocco 🇲🇦 比起國王的酒店，我更喜歡這一家，安縵集團一直都係國際luxury hotel 嘅指標，他並不是那種進去就金碧輝煌，用盡所有方法吸眼球的華麗，而是很有高雅氣質的…. 我很喜歡看到美麗的酒店就會收藏起來，希望有一日可以體驗下，漸漸發現收藏起來的酒店有很多都是這個集團的，今次是第一次入住他們旗下位於摩洛哥的Amanjena，Amanjena如意寧靜……店如其名，一進來就感覺到那股平靜放鬆的感覺，所有員工都超有禮貌(是每一位)，而且他們行路也悄悄的…..另客人很舒適☺️ 佔地20公頃卻只有40間房，入住期間很少看到其他住客私隱度極高 由於這次留在摩洛哥的時間不足夠，所以選擇了之前那間Royal Mansour Marrakech住2晚，這間安曼住了1晚，住過後很後悔應該掉轉，這裏住2晚才對…..🥲 . . . . . #amanjena #morocco #marrakech #moroccohotels #luxuryhotel

非常好的設施和服務，是我這次旅行最完美的體驗，員工友善，服務非常細緻，在這裏渡過了非常愉快的假期，我會推薦給身邊的朋友，以後還會選擇安縵

這樣的價格感覺這家安縵浪得虛名，第一沒有雪山看，第二綠化環境比不上文華東方，最多住一晚就不想再續住，個人體驗感文華東方要好很多
