Riad Bayti

Abdel will make your stay pleasant; he can help with booking taxis and excursions and local customs, such as how to barter to get the best price when shopping. The hotel location is perfect as it is in the heart of Marrakesh, with some really good places to eat and drink nearby.

After arranging transfer from airport to Riad Bayti the hostess met us and guided us to the riad. She brought us cake and mint tea (international drink). Staff were very welcoming and speak French. The room was lovely and beds comfortable. Dinner was traditional tangine and very tasty. Manager speaks English and very helpful. Hammam is a must try. Plunge pool in the riad cool and refreshing. I would visit again!

We really enjoyed our stay at Riad Bayti. We stayed there for two days in mid-January. The room was big and luxurious, and Abdel was very accommodating and sociable. The location is also quite strategic. Special mention to Tiki the turtle!

I booked a "family two-bedroom suite" at Riad Bayti Marrakech specifically choosing it for its ground floor accessibility, as evidenced by the screenshot of Riad Bayti’s description of “Entire unit located on ground floor”. Upon arrival on Dec 2, 2023, Abdel informed me that the ground floor suite was already given away, contradicting the web description. Then, despite showing him the screenshot and telling him our senior citizen was over 90 years old and could not climb the stairs, Abdel tried to convince me that the photos applied to the top floor suite, therefore I should take that one. The fact was that both family 2-room suites shared the same photos. Riad Bayti and Abdel wasted our time, disrupted our plan, and caused tremendous distress for our family. I requested a full refund from Abdel before we left, which he agreed to. However, there was no refund whatsoever. I was very disappointed that they did not keep their words again. Only after I posted my bad experience with Riad Bayti, Abdel started to contact me about refund but he was still denying the misleading information online and his wrongdoing. Finally the owner of this Riad contacted me and agreed to refund the cost of the night we didn’t stay and kindly compensated for our damage. Morocco is a beautiful country but our first experience of the country was with Abdel at Riad Bayti which unfortunately left us an unpleasant impression.

We stayed at this riad for three nights. Initially we were a bit worried if visiting Marrakech was wise and safe after the earthquake but Im glad we went anyway. Marrakech itself never stops and it's something to behold. The riad itself hasn't been damaged and is clean and safe. The location of this Riad is great, walking distance to the central square and several noteworthy sights. The staff is amazingly helpful and kind, highly recommend booking a trip to the hammam Les Bains de L'Alhambra through them, best hour long massage weve had (and the riad offers a discount which was nice!!). The food is excellent, we had breakfast and dinner there. And some might find this important... they serve alcohol ;)

Marrakech is one of the perfect cities in morocco and Riad Bayti is one of the most beautiful places in Marrakech ＜3 ＜3..... thank you Abdel for everything you diid for us and nchaalla we will come again next year

Very clean and cozy, great location, a very good breakfast, with a very kind and friendly host Abdel (we are really deeply grateful for all his help and kindness) at a very good price. We will go back soon!

An amazing tranquil haven.Outstanding hospitality, so clean and a real paradise. Absolutely no negative comments. Would highly recommend. 10/10. Feels so wonderful to come back from the busy souls to real peace especially watching the tortoise doing her rounds. Beautiful breakfast and lovely homemade biscuits with tea.
