The best hotel/Riad I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. High quality rooms (lovely design and good smell), and high quality service.
I love their breakfast It’s varied and mouthwatering.
Ayoub is very friendly and and cool guy. I highly recommend this wonderful Riad with the best location ever in Marrakesh. I’ll definitely come back and stay at Riad Dar Saba.

Ayoub looked after us so well, worth contacting before you arrive so you can be met at the airport and then when you arrive at the parking near the Riad. Gave us great advice, breakfast coffee kick starts your day! Fantastic location. Very grateful for the hospitality.

Cosy clean and secure low budget accommodation Manager Ajoub is a fantastic host and arranged transfer from airport, met us outside and walked us the short distance to the Riad Ajoub gave us his number and great directions and information for exploring the souks and local sights. He even went as far as to look out for us returning as its very easy to lose your bearings. Breakfast was delicious, juice, fresh coffee, local pancakes, bread and jams. We wanted to do an excursion to the desert including a camel ride and quad biking and Ajoub arranged it for the day including transport and a traditional berber meal after sunset and amazing entertainment in the Agafey desert. It was FANTASTIC! And only around £40 each! Highly recommended and saves worrying about organising from tour operators elsewhere We cannot thank Ajoub enough for his warm hospitality and friendliness Five stars *****

The rooms here were great. Small and charming Riad. It’s a little bit far from the main square but if you enjoy exploring the medina it’s an interesting walk. Staff are very helpful! We didn’t have time to try the breakfast but it is offered as an extra.

Riad der Saba is a cozy and very nice place to stay. The host will do everything for you, even in the middle of the night, where we had problems in the airport. The room was not big, but the bed was excellent, and the bathroom ok. The breakfast was simple, but if you want you can get the kitchen to prepare other things (of course you then have to pay extra). The dinner at the Riad was good too. Thank for a very nice stay

We had a family holiday and used 3 of the 5 rooms. It is a small riad, buth everything is present. Location very good, near the souk! You really have to search for the very narrow street. Taxi's around the corner, restaurants nearby. Breakfast is simpel, if you reserve, you can also have a simpel dinner. The best is the manager, the always present and most helpful Ayoub! He helps with everything in and around his riad, bravo!

Really nice Riad, with a welcoming bedroom, clean and fresh. Mayub is the BEST receptionist that you can find, Friendly and so polite, you can trust in him, for real. He can find for you whatever that you want to do in the city and in the country also, travels, experiences, everything. My girlfriend and me recommend this site if you want to experience the real street way of life of Marrakech.

Very nice Riad, traditional and cute. Ayoub is very nice, and willing to help you all the time. The rooms are traditional and very clean, with everything you need. Breakfast is very good, I loved it!

Owner is absolutely wonderful and speaks really great English. Offered to get me taxis and excursions if necessary. Breakfast was very good as well. As far as room conditions go, you get what you pay for. Room was spacious but the shower and bathroom were not in great shape. I would book an upper level room if I were to do it again for noise and sewer smell. Phenomenal location and wonderful host!
