Riad Chams Marrakech

Our stay started on the 18/06/2022 and finished on the 25/06/2022. A young couple. As we arrived in Marrakesh, a taxi to the hotel was around 15 minutes and cost 70dhs. *********** for taxis is really good as we booked one from them on the way back. Finding the hotel was easy, location was in the heart of Marrakesh . The taxi drops you off a couple minutes away from the hotel, as the ally ways will not allow cars to get through. Google maps is handy, just make sure you purchase a sim from the airport. Once at Raid Chams, we was welcomed nicely with tea and biscuits, rooms were really nice and everything was traditional. One worker always at the hotel to let people in. While during the days, other workers do duties around the Raid. I would recommend booking massages early as there is a 15% discount, I would recommend trying a few on the menu. 10/10 massages and service. Only one massage table keep this in mind unless you want one in your room. Nice pool, not huge but good for cold soaks, you’ll need this when temperatures reach 40 degrees. The whole Raid has 6 rooms, ground floor only has one room, it was the garden view which was really nice. Easy entry and access. Nice rooftop for chilling out. Overall if your looking for a cheap but reasonable hotel, please do consider this. It’s location is very good as you can go the the new town (gueliz) in 10 minutes, (jemaa el fna) 10 minutes. All staff are nice and at your service. Avoid food as its expensive and not worth it, order online on Glovo as we did nearly everyday. Apart from that all a good experience.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this cozy Riad. This was our first stop in Morocco and we cannot say enough about this experience. Excellent location and close to all amenities. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. It felt like home to us. That is how the staff made us feel. The personal experience we received from Ali was amazing. He was happy to accommodate all our needs and set up our tours. We did a 6 hour walking tour and it was perfect. We gained so much insight into this wonderful city. I would recommend the on sight Hammam for a true Moroccan experience. If you are looking for a more personal overnight stay look no further than Riad Chams. Gros gros coup de cœur sur ce magnifique Riad. Le Riad est extrêmement bien situé, proche du souk, de la place Jamaa el fna et du café Bacha. La beauté de l'endroit est à couper de souffle, chaque étage est sublime et bien entretenu. Les chambres sont spacieuses, confortables et très propres. Le Riad dispose d'une incroyable terrasse sur deux étages: calme et paisible, elle est parfaite pour s'y détendre avec un bon verre de thé. Nous avons été accueillies comme des princesses par Ali et son équipe. Le personnel de ce Riad nous a éblouie par sa gentillesse, son aide, ses conseils et ses services. L'hospitalité marocaine dans toute sa splendeur! La nourriture y est excellente, de loin notre meilleure repas de tout notre séjour à Marrakech. Les portions sont très généreuses et les aliments sont frais et cuisinés avec amour. Nous avons également adoré le hammam royal avec massage et savon beldi. Un pur moment de détente et sérénité. Encore un grand merci à Ali pour son accueil et son hospitalité, on s'est sentie chez nous et avons hâte de revenir :) Allez-y les yeux fermés, vous ne pouvez qu'adorer ce somptueux Riad!

Maravillosa estancia en Riad Chams. Ali y sus ayudantes bastante generosos y amigables siempre predispuesto para nosotros. Nos ayudaron con las excursiones y visitas guiadas por Marrakech y demás zonas turísticas de Marruecos, Nos aconsejó donde comprar y comer a mejor calidad/precio. El desayuno maravilloso los 4 días que nos hospedamos y muchísima cantidad. Desde Tenerife encantado con Ali y los otros chic@s del Riad.

Ali, nos atendio perfectamente. La piscina, la habitación fresca con Ac, el desayuno etc. Ideal para ir a marrakesh en verano cuando es indispensable el aire acondicionado. Le pongo un 10 indiscutido.

Une équipe disponible, et sensible aux bien être des clients. Très bonne literie, climatisation disponible. Le meilleur thé à la menthe de la semaine, et la meilleure tagine. Riad très très calme, à 15 minutes a pied de la grande place. Pas de bruit intempestif.

Super séjour au Riad Chams, Nous avons été merveilleusement bien accueilli. Le personnel a été super. A l'écoute et tres attentionné. Je reviendrais. Merci à Abdou, Ali et Youssef pour leur hospitalité. Les excurtions avec le Riad, sont bien organisé, plus rassurant que de passer par les agences en extérieur. A bienôt Riad Chams.

Esperienza magnifica, personale molto cordiale e disponibile per ogni evenienza. Colazione top ! Buona e ricca Stanze grandi e comode. Hammam stupendo, rilassante e ragazze per il massaggio molto carine, massaggio super rilassante. Da ritornarci di sicuro !!
