Nice hotel, nice people. 1/2 hr taxi from Marrakech Square at £10 each way for taxi. Main entertainment ok. Separate lounge/Tv sport room (limited sport as they don't have Sky tv) BUT: even on All Inclusive you have to pay for your drinks in this bar room and cannot take drinks across from entertainment room across the hall way into this room. (Crazy, and often empty - stupid reasoning) It spoiled an otherwise lovely stay in a vibrant City. Also the gym is practically non existent. Spa, to use the spa pool (which is small but nice) for 1 hr is £10.... ouch... In March weather is nice but pool vvvvv cold. You decide.

J'ai passé un très agréable séjour. Le personnel était très efficace , agréable, chaleureux et bienveillant...je tiens à remercier toutes les dames qui font le ménage . L'endroit est idéal pour pratiquer des activités physiques ..de la salle de sports” haut de gamme” à la grande piscine extérieure, vous avez tout pour vous régaler dans une ambiance apaisante. Je recommande vivement ce centre qui peut convenir à tout le monde.. sans oublier le restaurant où vous pourrez prendre le p'tit déj où faire un bon repas.. Encore merci à toute l'équipe . I rarely take the time to review but I felt some reviews were unfair. I was worried after reading the reviews after I had booked. I think most are unfair. I think people are confusing this for a 5* The prices for a couple are a little more than you would pay for a shared room in a hostel. The hotel is basic and was more than adequate for our stay. contrary to some reviews I found the staff very friendly and polite. The breakfast is basic and buffet style. A selection of 3 types of bread, boiled eggs, Green tea, coffee, pastries , Cakes, juice, msemen, cereal and a microwave to warm things if you need to. The hotel is slightly further than most but perfectly accessible. 10 minutes in taxi 13-15drh in day 30dh at night £1.5-£3 cheap. Taxis easily flagged down on the main road opposite. language is possibly an issue as other than 1 or 2 they dont really speak english. They were upfront about pricing and whilst some things they do try charging a premium for in comparison with the shops outside they are not too dear. Like everything in Marrakesh be streetsmart, ask for clarification of charges and question any charges you feel are incorrect. I was asked to pay taxes on my checkout and I had already paid it on arrival. I questioned it and he quickly corrected his error. whether he was hustling or just made an error I dont know but he was polite and corrected himself. From the old pictures on websites and from the foyer it is obvious that this place was once quite nice. it is at present tired and needs a refurb but this is reflected in the price. This is Marrakesh, the hustle is real. do your research and book something that is appropriate for you in your budget. dont book 3 star and expect 5 star. hope this helps someone considering booking I enjoyed my stay.

Un hotel super confortable con unos empleados muy amables que nos dieron un buen servicio y estuvieron atentos a todo. Quisimos informarnos también por varios tours de quads, camellos, cenas con espectáculos y se encargaron de todo y sobretodo a unos precios razonables con gente encantadora en cada excursión. Trabajan con gente seria que te hacen confiar. Gracias a ellos hemos pasado con mi pareja unas vacaciones inolvidables. Volvería a repetir con este hotel. Muchas gracias!!!

Je pense qu'il y a confusion entre les hôtels El hamra et El Henra qui sont dans la même rue. El Hamra regroupe à lui seul tout ce qu'on ne voudrait pas : tout est sale, draps avec des cheveux des poils des bêtes mortes. Le sol même pas balayé. Sdb sale. Pour courroner le tout, je m'entends même pas parler dans la chambre. Pas de double vitrage, il est 2h du mat et on n'entend que la circulation. Dois je aussi parler de cette odeur d'égout? Cet hôtel est une belle arnaque. Je vis un cauchemar. J'aurai mieux fait de passer cette nuit à l'aéroport.
