Hotel berhampiran Noria Golf Club Marrakech, Marrakech

Un hotel excelente en todos los sentidos. El único defecto es la ubicación, ya que es necesario costear taxis continuamente para ir y volver a la ciudad de Marrakech (250DH-350DH) por trayecto. Por lo demás, personalmente, probablemente el mejor hotel de Marrakech, sencillamente espectacular!

We booked for a 3 night stay for 3 people but had to manage a room for 2, for the first 2 nights. No apologies whatsoever from the hotel nor a compensation. The 2 rooms we stayed in during our stay were both badly lit; make up for nights out was a huddle cos the room was quite dark. A great highlight however is the amazing location and fresh flowers in the lobby that oozed amazing scents.

The hotel is beautifully decorated with traditional Moroccan furnishings and artwork, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable.The hotel's location is also great located in the medina, as it is within walking distance of many of the city's main attractions.The rooftop terrace offers a stunning view of the city and the pool is the perfect spot to relax after a long day of sightseeing.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a disappointing experience with the front desk staff, specifically the two girls on duty during my check-in at 9 PM. Despite my reservation, I had to wait over 30 minutes for a room, which turned out to be different from the one I booked. Despite informing them of our anniversary, the staff's response was unhelpful. The initial room's view was changed without acknowledgment, and the alternative offered was worse. Only after speaking to the manager ( it's worth noting that the manager I spoke to was exceptionally friendly and understanding) did we receive a better room, but it still wasn't the one we booked. The lack of consideration for our special occasion made it a frustrating experience overall.

Great experience. Everything was absolutely perfect. The staff is very respectful and available quickly.

Excellent breakfast and concierge service! Staff were very friendly in general. Room was clean but no toothbrush was available. Yoga class was good with reasonable price. Spa service could have been better if more explanations during the trea**ent were given. Perhaps a new pair of shorts after Hammam before massage.

We stayed at hotel chems from the 31st of December for six consecutive days for the new year. This was my second time in Marrakech but my mum's first time. The location is second to none within a few minutes walk to the square and also many other local attractions. On arrival we were told that we needed to check in from 3:00 p.m. we'd got there early but were able to drop off our bags and then go out exploring. The hotel itself is a little outdated, however it is very clean. Staff are very good, welcoming and attentive, room sizes good and price good. Bedrooms made up everyday, towels changed, cleaned throughout. Pool towels available for free at pool. We stopped between December and January, that is a very good size pool approximately 25 m. However it is very cold but still accessible plenty of seating areas for drinks and snacks. There are plenty of sun lounges around the poolside as well as in the grass area. Breakfast is served daily which is included within the cost and there was ample choice a selection of eggs, Cereals, yogurts a little fruit, many pastries, etc. The hotel also has a snack bar and does offer evening meals. We did not take any evening meals here. We did have snacks during the day. Things like salads, pizzas, burgers, etc. The food was good. As the hotel was very close to the local area, we were able to walk although it was close to a taxi rank. If you should need this. Within 1 minute walk to Koutobia mosque, then about 5 mins to jem so fnaa square, Cyber park short walk ( nice to visit) near royal mansour Marrakech, Around 40 mins walk is the beautiful menara :) There is also complex artisan is about 10 minutes walk maximum full of things to buy As you come out of the hotel grounds, if you do a left you will find a park on the left hand side ( Koutobia). You can walk straight through this to the main road to take a shorter route to places. There is plenty of opportunities for walking and running. It is very safe to run alone. When we were there the sunrose at about 8:00 to 8:30 a.m. and the mornings were cool. During the daytime, you can expect temperatures of around 18° c in December and January plenty warm enough if you are from England. We had a walking tour that I arranged before we went through TripAdvisor. It was very good. We also booked the waterfalls trip. This was okay. I also took a hot air balloon trip which was amazing. All of these were booked online instead of at the hotel. There was no particular reason not to book at the hotel. I just didn't realise that there was somebody on site to do this before travelling. The reception is manned 24 hours, 7 days a week. On New year's Eve, we was welcomed with a show and dinner from 7:30 p.m. full entertainment and several courses for a meal and drinks. Sensacional hotel, grande espaciosas habitaciones y un gran y amable equipo humano que hace sentir al huésped la hospitalidad marroquí, muchas gracias y muy agradecido a Ahmed, por su inestimable ayuda y consejos, hizo de nuestra estancia fuese mucho mejor…. Gran profesional y habla hispana que es de muy agradecer, es la segunda ocasión que disfrutamos de estancia en este hotel y será de referencia para próximos viajes a Marrakech para nosotros y círculo de amigos y familiares. Un muy buen desayuno buffet con calidad súper en cada uno de sus ingredientes y especialidades.

The hotel is in great location. Amenities are good pool is good too. But the staff are not well trained in hospitality. The aircon did not work in entire hotel. One of the days the room service did not come and I had to call them 3 time to get my room done. I even asked one day to warm my takeaway but they refused bcoz it’s hotel policy not to consume any outside food even in your rooms, how absurd!! My suggest is stay away if you can

We stayed 3 nights at Park Hyatt Marrakech in January 2025. It was the low season so the hotel was pretty quiet. Overall, the hotel was beautiful and we enjoyed our stay. Everyone at the hotel was very friendly. There were multiple outdoor pools with comfortable lounge chairs and can see how nice they can be when the weather is slightly warmer. We didn’t have time to try the restaurant other than for breakfast but the food (esp the bbq lunch) looked good. As Globalists, we applied the Standard Suite Upgrade Award to book a Park Suite King Resort View. When we checked in, we got a slight upgrade to Park Suite King Mountain View. There wasn’t too much of a scenic view in Room 405, but we were just happy that our room was ready for an early check in at 11am after a long flight. The room was spacious, clean, and quiet. The bed was so comfortable! We never slept so well. The slippers they gave us were adorable. The toilet was a Toto-equivalent. Note that even though they call it a suite, it was just one large room instead of two separate rooms. That wasn’t a big deal for us since there was plenty of space to spread out, but just something to keep in mind when booking. One minor note about the bathroom: the “Aquamoon” shower had multiple showerheads for different experiences but you can only turn on one showerhead at a time without flooding. We thought our shower drain wasn’t draining properly at first but learned that it can only handle one faucet at a time. It was too bad since the multiple rainfall experiences would’ve been nice! Not sure if it was just an issue in our room or all rooms that had this shower. Some highlights of our stay: - Spa: Spa facilities were spectacular. Heated indoor pool, hot tub, wet sauna, dry sauna, cold plunge (in locker rooms), and relaxation rooms were all present. I also highly recommend booking the hamman on your first few days to feel truly relaxed. We really appreciated how they went out of their way to get us two female therapists (our gender preference) for our hamman treatment when they didn’t have to. - Housekeeping: Rooms were cleaned well and the nighttime turndown service was pleasant. Every time the room was refreshed, they also restocked the water, non-alcoholic beverages, and snacks. That was nice because sometimes at other hotels, there are different people cleaning the rooms vs restocking the food/drinks so you would have to wait for the latter. - Breakfast: While the selection was not as extensive as some other Hyatts we have been to, the food quality was quite good. You can order off the menu and take advantage of the buffet. Service was top-notch. I looked forward to breakfast everyday. The location is the biggest downside of the hotel. It is 20-30 minutes away from the city center with not much around other than a golf course. You should expect to pay 150-200 MAD each way (cash only) for a prearranged car service. Yes, you can negotiate for cheaper with taxis but often times, taxi drivers
