Hotel berhampiran Parc Lalla Hasna, Marrakech

L'hôtel Chem's mériterais de gros travaux de réfection, pour ma part baignoire rouillé, robinetterie encrassé, l'isolation phonique est médiocre. Pour le petit déjeuné tout est au compte goute et peux de choix, pour les autres repas selon les dires pas mieux . Pour un mini frigo dans la chambre c'est 15€ par jour, avant c'était gratuit à la demande. Une note positive les climatiseurs son récents et fonctionnent bien. En cas de tremblement de terre sachez que vous devrez vous débrouillé tout seul pas d'évacuation et aucune prise en charge des clients, il faut se débrouillé seul sans aucune information, seul un employé était là pour faire payé les bouteilles d'eaux après que nous ayons décidé de nous installé dans la rue en cas de réplique. La seul chose qui tient cette hôtel est sont emplacement, ce n'est plus un hôtel mais un pied à terre bien placé .

Lovely would recommend. Cheap and cheerful. Don’t know why people are so negative about this place, I would stay here again. Clean, beds made everyday, clean towels, friendly staff. Located twenty minute walk from the square, and the souks. Off licence around the corner, which sells plenty of beer, wine and spirits. £11.00, for a bottle of wine and six beers. Highly recommended!!!

Yet another amazing stay at palais Sebban! This was my 5/6th time staying at this hotel and I cannot recommend it enough. Every room I have stayed in here has been perfect - so beautiful and clean and I am so grateful for the room upgrade to a suite on my most recent stay in June. The decor and architecture of this hotel is so beautiful and truly makes it my favourite place to stay in Morocco. What sets it apart from all other places I have stayed is the incredible and friendly staff who are the main reason I continue to return here. They are so kind, welcoming and helpful and truly are a credit to this hotel - you couldn't ask for a better team of staff! I often travel for work with lots of luggage and the staff are so accommodating and helpful - it truly feels like a home away from home! They also have a fantastic breakfast with lots of options, two pools, beautiful relax areas, an amazing rooftop all within walking distance to everything in the Medina. I look forward to coming back again soon! Thank you so much to all the staff!

Beautiful interiors and gardens, heated pools, good breakfast with many choices but some of them were low quality, tasty Spanish restaurant. Unplesant smell in room, noisy air condition in bathroom running all time. Beds and pillows very comfortable. Staff was generally good but average if you consider expensive 5 star resort hotel.

房間很乾凈，白色的牆壁很敞亮，checkin和住的不在同一個院子，入住的時候有人會幫忙拉行李，而且會給你選香氛的味道，提前在房間裏點好。樓下有spa，儘量提早預訂，我就沒約到。可能是是季節問題，屋內感覺有點涼，需要開着空調。另外minibar的聲音有點大

We're part of a tour group and got the worst rooms I suppose. A few of us got rooms with poor or faulty air-conditioning. Made complaints . 1 room checked out as hotel refuses an upgrade even tho the guest wanted v to pay for it. My room after an hour of ,v they brought in a fan which made it even hotter. Finally someone came in to check and confirmed the air con was faulty. So we moved to another room with no offer of help to assist with our luggages. Then the new room mini bar was out of order! By v then we were too tired to bother. When we asked for ice, it came quick which was appreciated. We asked for extra water and housekeeping sent it asap. 2 other rooms also had to change due to aircom. Also the beds were so thin I could feel the spring while sleeping. Was not a comfy sleep. Hotels needs to refurb.

Well it’s a beautiful hotel the staff spa and food are all fantastic . Beds super comfy and all around very relaxing . However the check in took forever and the gentleman checking us in seemed a little ‘off’ . He didn’t seem ‘present ‘ and dragged it out . We just wanted our rooms . We had a lovely time until our last night when we asked the same gentleman ( I think he’s concierge ?’ To advise us of a good restaurant . He sent us to place that was in short like an airport cafe . We fought the crowds to get there which was awful . I guess there was a festival and it was so chaotic and anxiety inducing . He should have told us . The couple next to us were listening to us talking and she said “ omg I was just thinking it’s like an airport “ There was no alcohol which he should have informed us . He did not . The tables were plastic the lights bright and the speakers were shorting . We put our order in but after waiting sooooo long for it we told them we were leaving . They made us pay for food we DID NOT eat . Sometimes concierge sends you to a friends family restaurant . How he thought guests from a luxury hotel who drink would like it here I have no clue . So we returned to the hotel paid for ANOTHER dinner . I spoke to the manager and he had no clue why the weird concierge would send us there and mentioned all the lovely places we could have gone to . It ruined our last night … waiting to hear back from the manager at the hotel as he said he would compensate us . Still nothing .

Short drive from marakesh airport(20 mins). On arrival at the Tui Medina Gardens , no need to rush and get your case off first , to be first in to get your room. Everyone is offered a drink and asked to have seat , you will be called out as per couple , to pick up your room key and towel card, this is well organised , this system should be used at other Tui hotels . Room 1304. This was very clean , compliments to housekeeping staff ,are rooms were made up daily . Only problem we had was the shower was very slippy, this was soon rectified by the reception staff and Tui rep, next day there was a rubber mat in our shower. Air con was brilliant in the room and set at 15 deg, concidering the temperature outside was 40+. We had a 3rd floor room with a balcony and a view over the pool and gardens looking towards the Koutoubia mosque, this looks amazing when lit up at night . Restaurant. This is very clean throughout , food is plentiful and varied and if you cant get a meal out of what is on offer you are just being picky . Compliments to the head chef and his team Waiting on staff are excellent and tend to your needs , Pool. Main pool is cleaned daily . Pool side beds there is about 30 beds around the main pool , if you want one off these you have to be up early to get your spot for when the beds are put out at 8am you dont want to buy in to this there are plenty of beds in the gardens. Pool activities . Fitness pool arobics volleyball etc run by 'G' & Chloe the energy these put out in leaves you in ore of them in the heat and they will jump in the pool with you to do the arobics.., this is well worth watching and entertaining. Pool side bar . Run by Mustapha ( the man , the Legend), he came up to us on our first day and introduced himself, his people skills are excellent and always has a smile for everyone and makes everyone feel very welcome. All the bar staff are excellent and have time for everyone. Nothing is to much trouble Inside bar. Bar staff are excellent and will have a laugh with you . Waiters Siad , Mohsine waited on us many times and always have time for a chat while doing their job . All the staff speak good English and will help you when trying to speak Moroccan. يوما لا ينسى مع الاصدقاء ، حجزنا طاولة في مطعم Orangery ، كانت الأطباق والكوكتيلات لذيذة للغاية. المفاجأة أن المديرة سهيلة وفريقها قدموا لي خدمة كانت غاية من الروعة شكرا لكم جميع (سيهام، سكينة، كبيبر، أيوب، ومحمد )
