We loved this place!! Stayed in a 16 person dorm which you think would be awful but the room is across 2 levels and well spaced out with 4 bathrooms to share & the best air con I’ve ever come across so this actually ended up being one of the better hostels we stayed in during our travels in France. Very sociable hostel with lots of areas to hang out, cook, eat, drink or make new friends. Fully equipped kitchen in main the building is available for all guests to cook their own meals which we really enjoyed! They even had fridge/ freezers to store your food! All the appliances and crockery you could ever need to make a meal. Reception staff are super friendly and helpful and nothing is too much trouble for them at all. Only downfall of the stay was the lockers which weren’t working, meaning we were nervous about our stuff being stolen but thankfully nothing happened and we were able to check out at the end of our stay with all of our belongings ! Also should mention how amazingly central the location of this hostel is!! Couldn’t recommend more :)!

Un hôtel qui ne mériterait même pas une seule étoile, et encore ! La climatisation pour le seul accueil, rien dans les chambres à part des odeurs insoutenables et inexpliquées, peut-être l’absence de ménage suivi, de propreté des murs et de la salle de bain, à moins qu’elles proviennent des rideaux du siècle dernier, doubles rideaux uniquement, pas de voilage pour la journée. L’exigüité de la chambre ne nous a pas permis d’étaler la valise au sol ! Une épaisseur de matelas pour lit de nouveau-né. Accueil sans chaleur, ni plaisir, une entrée constituée d’escaliers sans ascenseur jusqu’au premier étage, lieu du fameux accueil climatisé, un ascenseur d’une seule personne avec une valise, ce dernier fut vandalisé dès notre première soirée, ce qui nous contraint à descendre les 5 étages à pied avec nos valises ! Vandalisé par un client mécontent de ne pouvoir fermer l’œil à cause de la discothèque sous les fenêtres… excessif mais plutôt logique, non ? Je ne cautionne pas la violence, tout comme la publicité mensongère. Une adresse à exclure de tous les sites hôteliers, un établissement qui devrait être fermé pour insalubrité et le comble, le patron me réclama 114€ pour une nuit (pour deux personnes alors que le tarif derrière la porte annonçait 93€ en pleine saison !) au ventilateur de guingois dont la face avant trônait sur la moquette usée. Devrais-je vous parler du téléviseur grand comme un écran d’ordinateur de 14 pouces… non inutile, fuyez vers de vrais hôtels étoilés qui ne mentent pas sur les prestations. Méfiez-vous des commentaires truffés de fautes d’orthographes, ils sont fabriqués par la direction… Une honte pour la ville de la Bonne Mère, une honte et un parjure.

Mon compagnon à réservé 1 h de spa et un massage de 1 h en duo. Nous avons passer un moment très agréable. Nous sommes sortis de cette heure de massage complètement sur notre petit nuage. Merci à Anais et Destiney pour ce merveilleux moment.

Went for a long weekend to see the city and it’s history, really enjoyed our time, 3 days was plenty to see everything. The hotel was in a fantastic location, right near the Metro. Everyone was friendly in the hotel, and spoke English very well which was useful as our French isn’t great. Couldn’t have asked for anything more, also the deposit was paid back straight away on the same day in full. Highly recommend.

Although our stay was fine, we had a very bad experience. My brother-in-law forgot his tablet in his room. He had left it on the floor near the wall and in the morning upon drawing the curtains open the tablet was hidden behind so he didn't see it. Arriving in our next hotel destination (Villeneuve-Loubet) he realized the tablet was left in Toyoko-Inn. He immediately called the hotel and the security guy told him no tablet was found. He went to personally check the room that happened to be empty as no guest was in that room that night. He then told my brother-in-law he didn't find anything. We called the hotel again the following day and we got the same answer. We sent an e-mail to the hotel manager only to get the same answer. Since there was no other guest in that room it seems that only people from the hotel entered it. We can not believe a tablet can vanish without a human intervention so we suspect that somebody from the hotel found it but didn't deliver it to the reception. This matter ruined the remaining days of our vacation and left a bitter taste in our mouths. I sent a complaint to the Tourism Office in M****illes but they couldn't answer me as they are on public holidays! So, if you stay in that hotel double and triple check your room before you leave because if something valuable is forgotten it's more than certain it won't be recovered or compensated.

What makes this place special are the people. Yes, it is modern, tastefully designed and immaculate with great access to public transport and a couple of local treasures, the front desk with Tata, Tania and Sujata, complete with broad smiles and great local knowledge are a compliment to manager Emmanuel and Mr Fixit, Julian.

Le cadre de verdure est agréable malgré la proximité de la zone commerciale. Appartement correct et propre à notre arrivée. Petit déjeuner correct. Points à savoir: les enfants n'ont pas pied dans la piscine sauf dans le tout petit bain; l'équipement de la cuisine est minimaliste, difficile de cuisiner; dans le logement en duplex, la climatisation étant installée en bas, l'été on a chaud dans la mezzanine et ceux qui dorment en bas dans le canapé ont froid; le canapé a un matelas plutôt fin; certains soirs il y a une grosse soirée très bruyante dans le club de sport voisin.
