I arrived after hours been given a code for the safe box to retrieve my key (card). I then went to the front door of my room. After many attempts, I could not unlock the door, resulting in myself & my luggage sleeping in the hall way.
I later found out that many guests have had trouble with the lock system, unfortunately for me they had resolved it during business hours.
At 5am (after been woken up by early morning workers) had my mum drive 45 mins to kindly pick me up.
I passed on my dreadful nights encounter with the manager (she by the way was lovely) but did not try to rectify my issue that was clearly out of my control.
Not only have I paid $225 for a hotel I couldn't sleep in, I also spent $85 on a uber to get there.
Extremely disappointed.
