منتجع ممتاز من جميع النواحي ويعتبر من أفضل المنتجعات في موريشيوس ، تم حجز فيلا لمدة ٦ أيام وكل فيلا فيها مسبح خاص وحديقة جميلة صغيرة ، الافطار كان متنوع ولذيذ وفيه جميع الاصناف ، المنتجع فيه ٦ مطاعم والمطعم الايطالي اصنافه قليله جدا ولا انصح فيه ، الانترنت ممتاز ويغطي كل المنتجع ، المكان يصلح للاسترخاء والراحة

منتجع قمة في الرُقي.. المجتمع فيه والبيئة جدًا ممتازة وراقيه، الخدمة رائعة ويبحثون عن رضاك مهما كان، كريمين جدًا وطيبين كموظفين يعاملونك كأنك صديق لهم ولست مقيم عندهم وهو مُجرد موظف يخدمك كخدمة عادية.. مهتمين في جميع الزبائن من جميع الجنسيات وأنا كعربية ( سعودية ) تلقيت خدمة أكثر من رائعة وكانت توجد موظفة قمة في الذوق والأحترام والأدب أسمها زهراء. ماتتركنا بدون ماتلبي جميع احتياجاتنا ومن لُطفها كانت أيضًا تسألنا عن يومنا وكيف مدى رضانا عن المنتجع والاقامة. كنا مقيمين في فيلا رائعة جدًا.. كل ليلة يرسلون إلينا شوكلت مع صورة لمكان في موريشوس وتعريف عنه، لفته جدًا مميزة. من ناحية الأكل.. كانوا يهتمون في أكلنا كوننا مسلمين وكثير، وأيضًا ضيفونا مرتين على فطور عربي خاص من الشيف نفسه وهذا جدًا مميز لنا❤️ ويعني لنا الكثير كون أننا نذوق أكلنا من أيادي آخرى غيرنا تجربة شيقة.. الكثير والكثير من الخدمات الجميلة وأتمنى أن أكرر الزيارة مره آخرى لها❤️

What an incredible hotel! Everything was amazing! The service was 100/10. From the moment we arrived we felt so welcomed. Nothing was too much for the staff. I never had to ask for anything twice. It was brought out right away. Our butlers Hrithik, Ishwar and Thaarish were amazing! We were added to a WhatsApp group upon arrival. No request was too much. We would receive and answer within seconds. Vicky made sure our family’s need were met. All of the staff took their time to speak to us and made sure we were happy. The service was honestly some of the best we have ever had The facilities were spotless. The grounds were well manicured and absolutely stunning. We had an beachfront queen balcony room that was amazing! It was a very clean modern room with lots of extras such as a a beach bag, water bottles, sandals, hats etc included. The room was cleaned so well twice a day. Our kids enjoyed the actives at the kids club such as the pizza cooking class. The spa facitlies stunning and so clean. I had an amazing 90 min massage. The beach was so beautiful and well looked after. Even though the hotel was almost at full capacity there were so many beach and pool chairs available. The food was good. However, I would suggest adding more options to the restaurant prime. If you are there for an extended amount of time you will have to eat at all of the restaurants and unfortunately we don’t eat beef. The cocktails were okay nothing really stood out. Over all what an incredible stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone especially traveling with families! We will definitely be back next year.

Pros Good service (but we had better at other 5 star hotels) Beautiful pools (especially the adult pool) Good breakfast Spacious room Lots of water activities Cons Room (wooden) floor squeaked loudly when walked on We stayed downstairs and we could hear people in the room above us walking, closing the door, dragging their chair (a lot when they returned from dinner late around midnight) We had bad nights because of this. Room AC is not cold. Even though it’s set at the lowest (18.5c) it felt like 25c Overall, it was an ok stay but we won’t stay here again.

Great hotel. Perfect location! The beach in front of the hotel (and the whole Le morne beach) is so stunning. The water is sooo clear and had different shades of blue. We stayed all over the island on our trip but we find Lux Le morne has the most amazing beach with the view of Le morne mountain and when you go out in the sea and look back at the hotel, it’s just so so stunning! The room was also cozy with very comfortable bed. The only bad thing about the room was the hot water in shower sometimes just stopped working (finished) and we had to wait!! There are a lot of sun beds but if you don’t reserve one, they are usually all taken by the afternoon. Breakfast was good. Lots of water activities. The gym was a bit too small and sauna took forever to get heated so we gave up. Service was good. The pools were beautiful with the view of Le morne mountain. Overall, we loved this hotel and enjoyed our stay a lit. This was our most fav hotel in Mauritius and if we ever return, we would stay here again.

Check in was hectic. There were so many guests checking in and waiting in such a small space. We checked in at 3 pm but the room wasn’t ready until 3.45 pm. We got to the room and found out that they upgraded us (without telling us). The upgraded room was a big suite which was very nice but it was on the ground floor. We booked a junior suite balcony which is upstairs (we prefer upstairs as more privacy and better view) we had to ask to move to the type of room that we actually booked for! (What a waste of time for everyone) the room was very beautiful and comfortable and we LOVED the balcony. We love le Morne beach the water is so clear with different shades of blue but here we find the beach to be a bit too wide so you are a bit far from the sea (we stayed at another hotel in Le morne and we found there we were closer to the see with better view of Le Morne) Plenty of available sun beds. We didn’t like the pools so didn’t go in. Breakfast was disappointing compared to the price we pay. Service was not bad but not great. Overall, it was an ok stay.

When we were looking to book to go to Mauritius, this hotel wasn't coming up. It was only someone mentioning on a Facebook group that it had recently been refurbished that made me look at it. We decided to upgrade to the Elite Club just before going, so I can only really share our experience with the benefits this gave us. Our experience was also possibly made a lot more enjoyable by the fact that the hotel was not at full capacity. Our room: We were in a second floor room, overlooking the Elite pool and sea. The room was fabulous, very spacious and everything was new. Housekeeping kept the room spotless. We only had soft drinks and snacks from the mini bar, but it was kept topped up regularly and there was no shortage of bottled water. The bed was super comfortable and there were both hard and soft pillows available. The only negatives regarding the room was the floor was quite slippy when you got out of the shower and there was only one USB port on one side of the bed, but that wasn't particularly an issue for us. The air conditioning is set to go only as low as 24 degrees, which for the majority of the time was fine, but there were a couple of nights it felt a bit stuffy. There aren't any lifts either, so shout out to the lovely guy who lugged our cases up two flights of stairs! The pool area was lovely, comfortable loungers with plenty of shade. The pool was very warm, which we loved. Clean towels were placed out every morning. If you wanted to sit on the beach, there were plenty of beds and parasols. The food was exceptional. Plenty of choice in the buffet and if there was something you particularly want, they will make it for you. We ate at two of the speciality restaurants which needed to be booked and the food was just beautiful. We also ate at the steak restaurant and the Turquoise next door and didn't really enjoy it. The restaurant was super busy and the food wasn't on a par with the other restaurants. The staff were all just lovely and are the hotels greatest assets, they couldn't do enough for you. We didn't really go to the entertainment in the theatre bit, it didn't seem particularly well organised. But the singers that were outside by the bar were lovely to listen to while having a drink Niggles: We opted for the Elite option, and paid quite a lot of money to do so, and we felt this wasn't monitored properly. There were a couple of occasions when there were non-Elite guests using the pool and the beds around them, and bearing in mind we had selected this hotel because it is adults only, there was even a family with a child from the Turquoise using the pool. It also didn't seem to be particularly monitored in the dining areas either. While we appreciate that there has been a huge investment in this hotel and the management were trying to get everything to give the best service possible, having the line of staff by the door of the buffet saying enjoy your dinner literally every time you walked out, meant it ended up just feeli

An amazing hotel right on the water with every room facing the water. The staff are friendly and always willing to help. Beautiful big rooms with lovely balconies. The dinner and breakfast were also really good, with a great variety and a lovely outdoor area to sit at. I do however think the cleaning staff need to take a bit more care when cleaning. We were there for 6 nights and 3 of the nights we had to phone housekeeping because we did not have towels, or we did not get toilet paper, or we did not get our bath robes… and then housekeeping took at least 20-30minutes to bring the items. The other thing was that they put a single duvet into a double duvet - so when you are sleeping there are many times when you only have a sheet and no duvet. Maybe change that. Otherwise I really can’t complain about anything. There are plenty of beach chairs and there were always chairs available and it was an amazing and relaxing place.

Coral Azur welcomed me warmly and professionally. Staff were aware of our arrival and checked us in early as I arrived earlier than checkin time. We had three rooms booked and we were allocated rooms close together which was great! Guest relations manager Jennifer Lopez made sure I had all the information required and made sure the kitchen prepared a meal for my infant child every evening which was above and beyond expectation. The room attendant/ cleaning staff were always respectful and courteous, special thanks to Neermal who was our room attendant for the duration of our stay. The room was always spotless with creative towel art displayed everyday. I also appreciate the children’s entertainment staff especially Joanna, every evening my kids looked forward to participating in the evening entertainment and games. Overall it was a great stay, I would recommend coral azur for sure and would be happy to return again!
