Club Med Albion

We were a group of 15 family guests, who enjoyed a memorable and special holiday at Club Med Albion. Our thanks to Mehdi and his entire team for providing us with the space, the activities and the nourishment to fulfil our dream holiday together!

My family and I love the club med system and we often choose its resorts for travel. In November 2024, we visited la plantation d'albion for the second time. Our favorite places are the big shady green park with tall trees sandy paths, which is just perfect for walks, and the beautiful veranda-viewing restaurant "le phare" where you can sit and listen to the surf. This time I especially want to mention the impeccable work and attention to guests by the front desk team, we were warmly welcomed by Maria, the manager of the reservation service, and Marwa. Ladies did all the best for our perfect vacation. Also many thanks for the most smiling and caring restaurant manager Vidya at la phare restaurant. Sports team of tennis, Fouad and Kavi especially, and beach volleyball coach. Special thanks to the circus team with which our daughter was engaged. Gabriel is the best of the best, true leader and excelent athlete, charming and strong Aki, and also great Ganga and Opic. We were very pleased to meet again the village chief Mr. Medhi Kamali, thanks to him the resort has a soul and an idyllic atmosphere. Thank you very much for the room service, we did not remember the name of the lady who cleaned the rooms all 2 weeks but remembered her kindness and care. Thank you team club med for an unforgettable holiday.

We stayed at Club Med La Plantation for 3 days. It was overall an amazing stay and the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Special shoutout to Hans and Gary from the reception team who were super helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay more , Steven at the bar, Aki from the circus team and Amin from the sports/ entertainment team. They truly made sure we were all having a great time. The room was nice and spacious and the resorts has lots to offer. The Friday night show was unlike any other I've seen in hotels/ resorts and the overall atmosphere and level of entertainment is unparalleled. Also lots of activities for kids and teenagers. Highly recommend! The only reason why I am not giving a 5 star review is because we had such a bad encounter with one of the reception coordinators - Mahwa, which was such a shame as she ruined the whole experience. Not only for me, but for a few other family members. We all had different and completely separate interactions with her - on arrival when checking in where she was very unwelcoming and borderline ****** or when requesting a replacement key. She got extremely triggered by us trying to read her name tag (to have her name to put on here) and started slapping back at us (in front of 2 kids). We sadly all had the same negative experience with her and only negative things to say. She was incredibly rude, unprofessional and condescening towards us over the course of the 3 days. This client facing job is clearly not for her and whoever reads this should take action.

It was fantastic vacation because of fantastic staff working in ClubMed La Plantation d'Albion. The structure is fantastic. Rooms nice. Variety of Activities. Restaurants very good with different options for everyone. Spa superb. During night entertaiment very good! Circus, Diva, Noche Latina shows -WOW! Only one shadow to entire our stay was that when we booked our trip, as activity there was listed sailing. We were receiving weekly emails from ClubMed and not at one moment we were not informed that sailing is not any more available. This was disappointing as this is the main criteria how we are choosing ClubMed villages. Thanks to great excursions and fantastic ClubMed people we enjoyed our stay. 100%. From the first second of arrival at Reception there is always smiling and very competent Aurélie. During day we had great time doing power walks with Amin. Big thanks to our guide and driver during our excursions- Joe, we felt very comfortable and safe going with your all around island. Your humor and knowledge are great. Dear Nazlip, thank you for keeping our room clean and perfect. Thank you everyone, you are doing great job!

A truly world class 5 star experience with top staff and facilities. Whether you are spending time with the family or want some quiet time all has been cratered for. Top cuisine offered and things to do all day long. Staff very well trained and always friendly.

Snorkelling at club med with Kiran and the water sport team was a magical unique experience. Kiran would take us on a “journey” through the reef of the Indian Ocean. He would take our hand and guide us around the reef. We got to see many different types of beautiful coloured iridescent fish, looking like jewels . We became part of the ocean swimming within the shoals following rays and see turtles chase fish. Sometimes dolphins came to watch us . It was mesmerising and totally amazing, Kiran knew where to find everything , showing us pufffer fish, oysters and even the rare poisonous stone fish. I kept going back day and day, spending the rest of the day reliving the memorable experience. What a privilege.
