My husband and I went to Ocean Creek for Valentine’s Day. The service was exceptional. Staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel facilities were top notch. The Director of Food and Beverage, Mr. Visham personally checked in on us throughout the day and catered for my dietary requirements, the level of care and attention he provided us made the experience all the more enjoyable for us both. The spa was another wonderful feature offering a hamam and sauna which were very well maintained and clean. All staff were professional, friendly and happy to work. My husband and I were thrilled with our experience and are looking forward to our next trip. Thank you to Mr. Visham and team for the exceptional experience.

This hotel is absolutely 5 star and you will feel absolutely looked after from the moment you arrive until you leave. The whole hotel has been so well thought out and every sitting area gives you an absolute vista! It also has a spa and wellness centre with morning yoga, hydrotherapy pool and well equipped air-conditioned gym. Our highlight was Nadhin from the wellness centre who put together a special package of massages, hot oil treatment and extended yoga sessions leaving us feeling refreshed and rejuvenated, like a total body reset and thoroughly recommend. A special thanks too to Joey of the watersports centre for personal tuition on how to windsurf! Overall, this hotel is about relaxing and you can easily do that, food at the 4 restaurant choices was great and the whole team will make you feel welcome. Most rooms have their own pools and we had the beach front upper level option and think this is the best room we have ever stayed in, like ever.

My and my boyfriend Harrison stayed at the Ravenala attitude hotel last week for 11 days we had the best holiday of our lives! Everything about our stay was perfect. The hotel itself is beautiful the rooms are huge and so picturesque the beds are so comfy! The food at the hotel buffet was the best I've experienced. The beach is stunning always enough beds , same with the pool. The evenings always had a great vibe with the live entertainment , the dance floor was always full of all ages. Our stay was made so special by the staff , every time we walked through the lobby they was always so nice and so attentive , every need was met and everyone we spoke to was lovely we want to especially thank Himansha, Hans , Linley and Ismail for going above and beyond for us! We celebrated both our birthdays at this resort we had surprise birthday cakes which we're delicious, rooms decorated and towards the end of the trip a room upgrade to the sea front suites which where incredible the views from these rooms are amazing plus you get your own beach front comfy beds ! If you want to stay at a hotel that is picture perfect with amazing food , great entertainment and to be surrounded by amazing people book this hotel!! Also I would say after travelling around the Island this location is great as it's close to grand baie and Port Louis which are such a good day / night out. First holiday I've cried at the airport not wanting to leave. Will 100% be returning!!

We have stayed in many 5 star hotels all over the world, which we have enjoyed, but the Oberoi Mauritius is a true gem. We were limited with having only a week off work, so we wanted somewhere we could just relax without doing too much. The Oberoi was perfect. After a long cramped flight we were collected from the airport by the lovely Raj, in the hotel car. Raj gave us a potted history of the island, and the journey flew by. There were free activities every day, including painting and cooking classes. Sunita was the chef for the cooking class, and she was the star of the Oberoi for me. I didn't say I was vegetarian when I booked the class, but she changed the menu for me and went out of her way to make our time special with the help of Krishna and Harry. The food was top class even for vegetarians. There were free water sports and star gazing. There were also free wellness sessions every day. Henrio was my guru. The meditation and tai chi classes were wonderful. Ronnie did a great workout, and Amanda was a wonderful masseur. On my birthday, I was made to feel very special with bucks fizz at breakfast and my room decorated with balloons. My impression of this hotel, which is different from others I have stayed in, is that the emphasis is not on making more money from you during your stay but ensuring you are happy. There is no expectation of tips, and they are usually refused. The locals access the beach through the hotel and are treated with respect. The hotel manager, Mr Pandy, is very ”hands-on,” making time to speak to all the guests. Along with the gardens and birds, this all contributes to the ambience at this hotel that makes it so special. We try not to go to places again, but I think this will be an exception

An amazing hotel right on the water with every room facing the water. The staff are friendly and always willing to help. Beautiful big rooms with lovely balconies. The dinner and breakfast were also really good, with a great variety and a lovely outdoor area to sit at.
I do however think the cleaning staff need to take a bit more care when cleaning. We were there for 6 nights and 3 of the nights we had to phone housekeeping because we did not have towels, or we did not get toilet paper, or we did not get our bath robes… and then housekeeping took at least 20-30minutes to bring the items.
The other thing was that they put a single duvet into a double duvet - so when you are sleeping there are many times when you only have a sheet and no duvet. Maybe change that.
Otherwise I really can’t complain about anything. There are plenty of beach chairs and there were always chairs available and it was an amazing and relaxing place.

We had a week here and throughly enjoyed ourselves. We went bed and breakfast in a poolside villa. Breakfast had a good choice with fresh cooked eggs and omelette on request. Luck was good value and varied of the al a carte menu. The pool near us was always cleaned every day and refreshing. The room was huge with a massive shower and bathroom. There was a lovely seating area out of the front. There are some lovely restaurants nearby and they are great value so we didn’t eat at the hotel in the evening. The bar was fairly priced and the beachside trucks were so cheap. They are just around the corner. What made the holiday was the staff, honestly all of them were so friendly and helpful. My favourite was Ajay at the front reception. He was happy and friendly everyday. Honestly he really made our holiday here. He sorted out a wonderful seafood restaurant for our anniversary and the trip there and back was free with the hotel manager driving us and picking us up. He was so excited to find out how our meal was the next day. I hope he gets the credit he deserves

Nestled within a lush tropical garden, this resort offers a serene paradise that perfectly blends natural beauty with luxurious comfort. One of the highlights for us was the stunning tropical garden that envelops the entire resort. Walking through it felt like wandering in a botanical haven, with vibrant plants, colorful flowers, and serene water features creating a truly tranquil atmosphere. The food was another standout. With several on-site restaurants offering a diverse range of cuisines, we were spoiled for choice. Every meal was an experience in itself, with fresh ingredients and beautifully presented dishes that satisfied every craving. We must also commend the Spa, which provided an oasis of relaxation. From soothing massages to rejuvenating treatments, it was the perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring or lounging by the beach. Special praise goes to Kavita, a wonderful staff member who made each of our restaurant visits memorable. Her attentiveness, warm personality, and genuine care ensured that we had exceptional dining experiences throughout our stay. She truly made us feel special and added a personal touch to every meal. Beachcomber Trou aux Biches is a gem – from the incredible setting to the delicious food and top-tier service. We can’t wait to return to this tropical paradise!

Coral Azur welcomed me warmly and professionally. Staff were aware of our arrival and checked us in early as I arrived earlier than checkin time. We had three rooms booked and we were allocated rooms close together which was great! Guest relations manager Jennifer Lopez made sure I had all the information required and made sure the kitchen prepared a meal for my infant child every evening which was above and beyond expectation. The room attendant/ cleaning staff were always respectful and courteous, special thanks to Neermal who was our room attendant for the duration of our stay. The room was always spotless with creative towel art displayed everyday. I also appreciate the children’s entertainment staff especially Joanna, every evening my kids looked forward to participating in the evening entertainment and games. Overall it was a great stay, I would recommend coral azur for sure and would be happy to return again!

Service and food could be better.
Breakfast and Dinner are served as buffet. Dinner can also be in one of their separate restaurants which offer a la carte menu. Restaurants needs separate reservation and we needed to wait two days to get a spot. Buffet food is not the best if I need to judge but it’s something subjective.
Service level is good but not great. Something we also experienced in another hotel on the island.
Hotel has created their own beach which is a kind of bay. So if you are looking for a perfect sand beach, just be aware.

AAhmedNihalAmazing experience by all staff and its located in an amazing place. The view from the hotel is spectacular. We enjoyed the customer service especially by the receptionist who provided me with first aid after an injury I had while trekking somewhere else. Much appreciated. The food definitely needs some improved we found the food to be a lil bland and a bit overpriced for the quality of the food.

PPanchaleeGreat hotel. Perfect location! The beach in front of the hotel (and the whole Le morne beach) is so stunning. The water is sooo clear and had different shades of blue. We stayed all over the island on our trip but we find Lux Le morne has the most amazing beach with the view of Le morne mountain and when you go out in the sea and look back at the hotel, it’s just so so stunning! The room was also cozy with very comfortable bed. The only bad thing about the room was the hot water in shower sometimes just stopped working (finished) and we had to wait!! There are a lot of sun beds but if you don’t reserve one, they are usually all taken by the afternoon. Breakfast was good. Lots of water activities. The gym was a bit too small and sauna took forever to get heated so we gave up. Service was good. The pools were beautiful with the view of Le morne mountain. Overall, we loved this hotel and enjoyed our stay a lit. This was our most fav hotel in Mauritius and if we ever return, we would stay here again.

On arrival the hotel is really beautiful - a small oasis tucked away with gorgeous colonial style. The reception staff were really lovely and made us feel welcome.
The room was really nice - but there were a few things we noticed (which we let slide at the start) - massive dirty lipstick mark on one of our water glasses, filthy lampshades above the bathroom sinks, bed linen that didn’t feel particularly fresh and the robes as well had a slight greyish colour rather than bright white which they were meant to be. These were all minor things at the start which we didn’t even mention to each other but did notice.
We then had our first night at the cocktail bar where our drink was served by the lovely barman (very polite and smily) - as we were drinking we saw a huge rat run across the terrace - we decided it was an island and maybe this is normal (although we really weren’t happy about it). We then were dining within the restaurant and again a huge rat was running towards the table. For us, this is not ok. We asked to move tables as we saw a rat and the waiters barely acknowledged it - didn’t offer any apology and then proceeded to avoid our table for the rest of the night. We informed the manager the next day who assured us he was aware and the rat had been caught, and to “give it a chance”. We weren’t offered so much as a complimentary drink. After dining in the restaurant again the second night and again seeing a rat - for us it was time to check out. Not only is it unpleasant seeing rodents running around while eating but I would say it’s a hygiene issue and makes me question the cleanliness of the kitchen and the safety of the food.
The only concession we were offered was to not pay for the remaining nights that we would not be staying for.
Really disappointing. On hindsight some things we would add about the whole experience:
- Not a 5 star in terms of food, service or cleanliness
- Staff really hit and miss - some very friendly some really rude and unhelpful
- Rooms didn’t feel clean
- Food was average - nothing felt fresh including breakfast
- Quite stingey with water - water not replaced within our room (had to ask for it)
We are now staying at a different hotel and haven’t seen one rat, so don’t think this is “just an island thing” as the manager stated. The service and food are also worlds apart which has really solidified that our review of 20 degres sud as completely justified - not a 5 star experience whatsoever.

PPengguna Tanpa NamaIt was awesome staying there but there was a hiccup at one point, we booked the place to have access to the sauna and jacuzzi and it was closed during our stay without notification, so instead we decided to have a warm bath but the water from the bath was yellowish.. that said.. they changed us rooms, also gave us a bottle of champagne and a free 50mins massage session.. in all though, it was a nice place, the food was awesome and lovely atmosphere!

PPengguna TetamuWow! This was our 3rd trip to the beautiful island of Mauritius. 1st time on East coast. I was a bit apprehensive when I heard about the wind and it being winter. But no need. This is truly an amazing resort. I would like to thank each and EVERY member of Solana. From the security, gardener’s, cleaning staff, reception, waiters, chefs - I can carry on and on. Everybody was so genuinely friendly and helpful. Urvi thank you for my beautiful henna tattoo. Premula, for all the beautiful flowers and clean room. Andy at Lakaz Rum - you made the experience so much fun. Food was fabulous and in abundance. Whole resort was so clean and beautiful. Beachfront - paradise! And the wind everybody warned us about was no more than a breeze. Even the transfer from and to resort from airport was quick and so informative. Isfaaq, we will def speak to you again. This resort is the ideal location. Fantastiq!! Merci

PPengguna TetamuAnantara is a very beautiful resort. Decor is top notch and comfortable. The staff provides excellent service and assistance is always available. The resort is a beach front property with a lot of activities. This property is amazing and you won’t go wrong by choosing it. Yusef , Cintia, Karim, Sharonne, Paul, and many more of the staff ( I’m bad with names) , will attend to all your needs.

PPengguna Tetamu這個酒店硬件普通吧，感覺不值千元RMB。
離商場很近，旁邊一應俱全，周邊的路很好。可以看到印度洋的落日。圖中是我在房間窗口實拍的。
但是有兩個我覺得設計的比較奇葩的點：
1、浴室是部分無遮擋的玻璃設計，在外面的人可以透過玻璃看到裏面淋浴的人，對於帶娃的我，覺得有點尷尬，情侶可以忽略
2、廁所燈浴室燈是關不了的，衹能通過拔房卡斷房間電來實現關燈，很通透不關燈是沒有辦法入睡的。
關於這兩點，我覺得是存在着bug的，我認為應該有解決辦法，所以我兩次都打過電話和reception確認，這兩點酒店都回復所有房間都是一樣的，並不是單個房間的問題。
但是工作人員真是很好，他們幫我們訂車，幫我解決問題，都很熱情友好。
