Stayed at this hotel on a half board basis. Got too the hotel later than should have, due to flight problems. Went down on arrival to get an evening meal. It was a Mexican themed dinner, there were a few Mexican dishes, but there was a wide range of choice to pick if you didn’t want the themed evening meal, they had a different themed dinner every evening. Overall the choice for evening meals and breakfast were very good. A small issue was that there wasn’t any instant coffee available at breakfast only decaf, they did have 2 coffee machines, this coffee was very strong. The bedroom was acceptable, but we were meant to have a view to the garden and all we got was a view of at least 3 trees,blanking out any views. Luckily this didn’t interfere with the sun through the day, we had this on the shared balcony. Down side about the room was the housekeeping, very poor, tea and coffee never topped up the whole week. Only given 2 small bottles of water on arrival, none were given the rest of the week. The bedroom tiled floor was very dirty, the first evening our feet were black, not 5 star service. The hotel had 2 heated pools and heated large jacuzzi the other pool they had, was not heated, so occasionally very cold. An issue around the pool, was, a lot of the sunbeds were very poorly maintained, plenty of them so no need to rush down and put out the towels although the hotel did have a rule of no reserving sun beds, which surprisingly most of the guests adhered too, but it was not very busy, could be a different story if full. The floor areas around the pool were poorly maintained a lot of cracked and loose tiles and patches of missing tiles in some of the pools. The grounds were good and 2 security gates to enter the hotel from the boardwalk which skirted around the rear of the hotel. Another decent walk in the evening, if it wasn’t too windy. There is a shopping centre not far from hotel nice to go out for walk in evening. If desperate there was a McDonalds close by, a few other restaurants near by also, but the majority of restaurants is a bit of a walk away.

Country house, consists of two rooms with bathroom in each of the rooms, kitchen, living room, terrace, laundry room. Fully independent extended gardens where you can enjoy nature. In the surroundings you will find paths and routes where you can practice some sport such as walking, running, cycling. We have large and beautiful beaches close to home at 10km, white beach ideal for the enjoyment of the whole family. 30 km from the beaches of Corralejo with its great white sand beaches, where your eyes escape and your imagination flies and 100 km from the beaches of Jandia with its endless walk on sand and sea. You will also find supermarkets, shopping center, bars, restaurants. And endless leisure activities for the whole family. The pool is communal and is not in this house, it is about 150m away.

W łazience brak ciepłej wody,zimna w umywalce i pod prysznicem Pod prysznicem i w umywalce słaby strumień wody. Brak kołdry tylko jakaś sztuczna plastikowa kapa . Poduszki na których nie da się spać.Brak klimatyzacji w pokoju. Atutem była woda do picia w butelce. Późno śniadania bo od godz.8.00 jak na apartament przy lotnisku powinno być wcześniej . Sam obiekt ma potencjał ale właściciele muszą się postarać . Jolanta

A 5 Star place !! All was just perfect: very responsive host, all needed information was provided on a video. Easy check in/out. Very clean room and other facilities, possibility to make a hot drink, comfortable bed and pillows. A bit out of the city, you will need a car to access. Thank you very much, we had a pleasant and relaxing night:)
