The Grand Taj Hotel in Murree is awesome! When we walked in, it felt really nice. The hotel looks cool with a mix of modern and mountain vibes. The rooms are super comfy, and we had a room with a great view of the mountains. The staff is friendly and made us feel special. Now, the food – oh my! The hotel restaurant has everything, from local to international food. We tried a bit of everything, and it was all delicious. Honestly, the Grand Taj Hotel deserves those five stars. It's not just a hotel; it's a really great experience. If you're going to Murree, definitely stay here. You'll love it!

The hotel manager confirmed pre-paid booking on phone but upon arrival negated same and told to pay in cash thus creating embarrassment. The standard room was actually a shared room with no acoustics standards and a room in two bed mini apartment, should have been mentioned that way in description. Rest it was ok for a short halt.

I spent 2 nights at Lockwood Hotel, and it was a good experience. The staff kept the rooms clean everyday and the management was okay. The breakfast menu is quite expensive so we used to get breakfast from other shops nearby. Overall, it was a good trip.

Had a lovely experience with PC Malam Jabba, from impeccable service to friendly staff they offer it all. I booked a trip for my parents where they were given an anniversary cake. Aside from that, my mom lost her phone at the hotel in a hurry and was extremely panicked, to which the hotel staff catered to immediately and made sure it was found and returned within a few hours. Special thanks to Kifayat, Ahmed and Farasat for their extra attention to detail and effort! Thank you

I stayed at Hotel Metropole Murree Twice, both on holiday and for work, and I always had a great time! Rooms are clean, the decor is modern, the bed super comfortable. Their Signature rooms are just beautiful and one of the best in Murree for the price they offer. There is a desk in the room for working and the Wi-Fi is excellent. The staff is young and friendly, very helpful in solving any kind of problem. The location is convenient and within a short walking distance from Mall road and Kashmir Point to reach the city center. I highly recommend staying at Hotel Metropole Murree and will definitely stay there again!

In advance to my arrival the hotel management tried to re-negotiate the established ******* online non-refundable rate asking for more money. I complained with *******. The affair seems to have been settled as I hadn’t any trouble or annoyance concerning payment when being there. Stayed 1 week. It is a somewhat modest facility. Pretty basic room. Smeared walls in the bathroom. Sheets were clean. The rooftop terrace offers probably the best views of Peshawar. Staff was amazing in helping me with any issue. Appreciate the complimentary shuttle-service to/from the airport. Breakfast was somewhat scarce with few choice of local cuisine which repeated almost unchanged every morning. Location is central and convenient, although outside the old city.
