Our family of 4 had a flight delay while connecting through Charlotte. At the last moment, we had to scramble for a hotel and stayed here. The rooms were very clean and service was exceptional. The folks at the front desk and the shuttle driver, Roy (?), went above and beyond to help us while we figured out the next flight. Highly recommend the hotel! Amazing staff! Stay was 6/9-10

I stayed at the Embassy Suites this past weekend for a conference and all of the staff were pleasant and professional. The facility is beautiful and well maintained…. I must give a special shout out and thanks to Jada who Works the front desk with elegance, grace & compassion. She went above and beyond not just for me but o witnessed her being just as courteous and professional with another guest. She made our experience that much better. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for Jada.

I like safety car park, and I get bedroom/living room are separated., rooms are clean, Staff and Night bartender very friendly foods is good. But breakfast price is not including coffee!! I not mind to pay $4 for a cup of coffee. But most hotels are breakfast price have coffee included (plus breakfast not a buffet.)

My stay was great. My room was clean and cozy. The staff was friendly. I'm grateful for the hotel and staff hospitality.

To start the hotel clerk seems less than interested to check us in. We got to the room that had a pull out couch with zero sheets pillow blankets in room for it. When we asked the front desk clerk at night about extra blankets or sheets she looked at us and just said no. We the. Asked again and she said oh sure I have a blanket no sheets or pillows… what?! The pool hasn’t opened since Covid. The room wasn’t bad sized and fairly clean but the tv was prob 20” at best and half the channels didn’t work. Very outdated. It was fairly cheap so we should have known. Oh well now we know.

The property was nice and in a good location to get to places such as Steak 48 or Bar One. The room was clean upon arrival though some aestitics could be enhanced. I would stay again.

The bed was really comfortable. The room had a odd smell. At night we saw baby roaches. The shower had stains. The staff was really nice. You could also hear all conversations in other rooms.

This location needs to be reported to Headquarters b/c it gives this company a bad name. It's the worse one that I have ever visited. Peeling paint, smelly/dirt carpet throughout, chipped paint on walls, ceilings, doors, building needs to be power washed (looks neglected), broken blinds in the front entrance & the chairs near the front desk/breakfast area need a deep cleaning. The breakfast lacks Vegan/Vegetarian options. Oranges was the only fruit option. No bottled water only Tap water. I would not recommend this location until it's updated and repairs are completed. The carpet needs to be cleaned regularly (mildew smell). It's best to replace with tile.

Pergi ke sini untuk hari jadi saya yang ke-40 bersama rakan-rakan. Tempat letak kereta & jalan hotel sedang dalam pembinaan tetapi di dalam hotel bagus. Kami mempunyai masalah dengan bilik kami tetapi segera mereka menukar bilik saya tanpa masalah. Hotel ini mempunyai ruang istirahat atas bumbung yang bagus. Ia juga mempunyai restoran & bar lain di dalamnya. Kami menikmati masa kami di sana & hampir tidak meninggalkan hotel kerana banyak yang perlu dilakukan di hotel. Ia berbaloi untuk menginap.
