Excellent value for money, includes free parking, WiFi, and a 24-hour front desk. The rooms are new, renovated in 2024–2025, with a simple and modern design. The bedding is comfortable, and a mini-fridge and coffee maker are provided. Friendly service, with a warm front desk staff and quick check-in/check-out. It's also pet-friendly. Practical breakfast: No free breakfast, but they provide vouchers for the adjacent Ricky’s restaurant (can be exchanged for pancakes/bacon/eggs). You can upgrade your breakfast for an extra charge; I tried the BC Benny, and it was quite good. Facilities include a seasonal outdoor pool, a small gym, and a self-service laundry room. A nice little touch: They put a rubber ducky in the bathroom, which adds a fun brand personality. The downside is the motel-style layout: external corridor access means less privacy. There's only one elevator, so for lower floors, taking the stairs is recommended. Noise issue: Rooms facing the street experience noticeable noise from highway traffic. It's advisable to request a room away from Harvey Ave when checking in. There's no elevator access to the 2nd and 3rd floors, which can be challenging if you have a lot of luggage.

When it comes to pricing, visitors should anticipate extra costs at checkout; the $37 CAD gated self-parking fee combined with resort charges adds up to an additional $90 CAD or so. Despite these extra fees, the property ultimately delivers great value for money. The experience is further elevated by Whistler itself, which serves as a spectacular, scenic destination—particularly on a sunny day. Purchasing an Alpine ticket is highly recommended, as it seamlessly covers the uphill gondola, the famous Peak 2 Peak gondola, and the chairlift to the very top, capping off a wonderful mountain getaway.

We had a great stay here! The building itself is older, but it’s very obvious that the hotel has been newly renovated. Everything felt clean and fresh , the room was spacious, the furniture looked brand new, and the overall atmosphere was comfortable and welcoming. One of the highlights for our family was the game room, which was perfect for keeping the kids entertained. The amenities were also excellent, and the customer service was outstanding from check-in to check-out. A huge bonus was the free EV charging, which made our trip even more convenient. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely love to come back again!

The location is great, really easy to find. There's a shuttle bus directly from the airport, so getting around is super convenient. There are tons of restaurants nearby, and right behind the hotel is a huge mall with lots of food options and even a T&T Supermarket.

The location is a bit out of the way, making it suitable for self-driving travelers looking for a one-night stopover. It's a bit of a distance from the SkyTrain station and requires taking a bus; walking isn't recommended. Shopping nearby isn't convenient, as the large supermarket about 50 meters away is membership-only. The 7-Eleven at the gas station is an option, but it requires crossing a busy main road and walking for about ten minutes. The room was spacious, with strong but noisy air conditioning. The room amenities were quite basic. The fridge was empty but extremely loud, significantly disturbing sleep, and the room's soundproofing was just average. Breakfast was provided but very simple, almost negligible. Trip.com's customer service was excellent; they responded quickly to an issue I raised and promptly contacted the hotel to resolve it, which was fantastic.

I just had my surgery. They dont do room service like bringing food to the room. I was in the room outside, 2 nd floor without elevator. I requested to transfer in other room as it is still difficult for me to walk. Good thing they transferred me to the room close to the dining.

It made exploring the city and accessing public transportation very easy. Our room was spacious, big space, clean, and well-appointed with a kitchen. The bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. We also appreciated the thoughtful touches like complimentary coffee and tea. The staff at Century Plaza were always friendly, helpful, and ready to assist with any requests, which enhanced our stay even further. One of the highlights was the on-site restaurant C|Prime, which served delicious Italian meals with a good variety of options. Overall, our stay at Century Plaza Hotel was fantastic. We will definitely return on our next trip to the city!

To be completely honest, the situation is far below what any reasonable guest would expect from a hotel of this category and price level. There is clearly long-term dust accumulation on the exhaust fan and in multiple corners of the room. This is not a matter of minor housekeeping oversight for a day or two it reflects a prolonged lack of proper maintenance and cleaning standards. Such conditions are unacceptable for a property that presents itself as a luxury establishment. Even more concerning is the foul, rotten odor coming from the sink water. Every time I brush my teeth or wash my hands, the unpleasant smell is immediately noticeable and deeply disturbing. This raises not only comfort issues, but also serious concerns about hygiene and water safety. At this level of accommodation, guests should never have to question the basic quality of the water provided in their room. I strongly believe this matter requires immediate professional inspection. I chose to stay at your hotel and willingly paid a premium rate because I expected a premium experience including cleanliness, attention to detail, and reliable service. Unfortunately, what I have encountered so far reflects a significant gap between the price charged and the quality delivered. In addition, despite leaving a tip for housekeeping and placing a written note clearly requesting replenishment, my shampoo was not refilled. I was eventually forced to go into the corridor to find another staff member for assistance. Cotton swabs were also not replenished for three consecutive days. These are very basic service expectations that should not require repeated reminders from guests. Taken together, these issues have had a substantial negative impact on my stay and overall impression of the hotel. I find this situation extremely disappointing and frankly inconsistent with the reputation and standards your brand claims to uphold. I would appreciate it if management could review this matter seriously and provide a clear and appropriate resolution.
