Sangat menyenangkan di hotel ini, di luar jangkaan ia ternyata menjadi hotel yang sangat bagus. Biliknya besar dan luas. Tetapi sangat kecewa apabila saya melihat tawaran sarapan pagi adalah sangat sedikit varian. Secara keseluruhan saya cukup berpuas hati menginap di hotel ini. ..

My whole family members (2 adults) and 3 kids -youngest suffered food poisoning- I think it’s from our breakfast this morning or our dinner last night …..we are now flying back to Kuala Lumpur…..careful guys

The room's cleanliness is just so so. The minibar is not cold enough (we would like to put food but then found that the surface was watery). The bed sheet might not be so clean because my legs got so itchy after sleeping for one night. Many spots are a bit dusty and for its price the stay was not so worth it compared to the standard 3 stars. Breakfast was just okay, at least it's edible (not much option anyway). The receptionist is well... very flat. Not rude but, expressionless. I know its only 3 stars but they could at least smile. Bathroom's cleanliness could also be improved. The key card is often problematic and hard to use to unlock lift or even room door. Do check that items labeled with price tag are chargeable and its kinda unnoticeable at first. Another thing I'd suggest to the management is to ask staff to wear proper mask (not scuba as it's not effective). Well, at least the overall look of this hotel is not bad.

Overall a friendly, helpful and warm hotel staff. They upgraded us to a deluxe room when they found out that we we celebrating our honeymoon and gave us a cake. Really impress with their customer service. Room is clean, neat and tidy. Good housekeeping with sufficient amenities. The hotel is located in the middle of the city. Centre Point is right beside the hotel, where as other famous eateries and shopping places are just walking distance from the hotel. Train to airport is just a stone throw away. Highly recommend this hotel and I would definitely stay there again.

The hotel is located conveniently next to an IndoMart. The rooms are nice with a window looking down on the reception area below. The beds are a little hard. Aircon and hot water works well. There is a full sized fridge but freezer does not work. The breakfast buffet has quite a bit of variety with hot station. I recommend booking the in-hotel massage service.

Hi Moshi here, was stayed for 4 days 3 nights, everything is just perfect… especially the hotel staffs are was so nice to the customers… Staff name IQBAL he is 1 of the best staff was helped me without think anything… kuddos to the management for hiring such a good and soulful staffs… Will recommend and will visit again… thanks and stay safe… see you when i see you guys♥️

Positive points: - Comfortable bed - Clean room (except the bathroom) - Smart tv with streaming apps (but you must have your own subscription) - Room size - parquet floor - Location Negative points - Deposit is a MUST (hotel thinks that any guest has malicious intent to steal room items. Please, they’re not even the top of the line). You cannot use this deposit to pay room service (maybe can if you deposit more, like much more). Upon checking out, the front desk will have sb checking the room before refunding your deposit. Geez. - soundproofing is non existent. You can hear ppl next door, the traffic, nearby train, and worst, the noise from the club on top floor). Tried staying in a room facing the pool. It helped to reduce some noise from traffic and train, but does not eliminate it (and they charge more for this room!!) - breakfast is basic - bathroom drainage cannot completely drain water. Take a shower in the evening and you will still see some puddle in the morning. Gross. - wifi is hit and miss

ここに泊まるのは二度目　やはり前回同様に窓付きの部屋を予約したが窓無し1F 部屋は掃除してくれました　水は有りません　タオルは部屋になかったが言ったらくれた　スタッフはフレンドリーで良い人達です　メダンで到着日や出発日前日に泊まるのに良い宿です
