Secara keseluruhan kakitangan hotel yang mesra, membantu dan mesra. Mereka menaik taraf kami ke bilik deluxe apabila mereka mengetahui bahawa kami menyambut bulan madu dan memberi kami kek. Sangat kagum dengan perkhidmatan pelanggan mereka. Bilik bersih, kemas dan kemas. Pengemasan yang baik dengan kemudahan yang mencukupi. Hotel ini terletak di tengah-tengah bandar. Centre Point terletak betul-betul di sebelah hotel, manakala tempat makan dan tempat membeli-belah terkenal lain hanya berjalan kaki dari hotel. Kereta api ke lapangan terbang hanya terletak dalam jarak yang dekat. Sangat mengesyorkan hotel ini dan saya pasti akan tinggal di sana lagi.

I always love to stay here when I come to Medan, the room is comfortable and clean, the facilities are nice, they have lounge so we can enjoy at the lounge . And the staffs are very friendly especially Ms.Fauziah . Keep it up Grand City Hall Medan

Their service is great. Their room is cozy and clean. Their location is near to go Merdeka Walk and Deli Park Mall. Behind the hotel there is KFC as well. Thank you for HM Bu Emmy, who always greet me, Kak Merita, who allow me stay 1 month with a good price, Kak Ayu, who assist well and Kak Yori, who clean my room well. Also all the team that I can't mention the name one by one. Well done, team. Keep the great work!

I stayed here 4-nights for a conference that’s also happening in this hotel. So many things have gone wrong and enough reasons for me not coming back. 1. The reception (or should I said “deception”?), misguided me. They said my room is upgraded to Premiere room, with complimentary afternoon tea, and minibar. More about this below. 2. Went to the room but nothing special, also the weird furniture placement makes the room smaller. Room has view but mostly just building roofs. Appreciate the giant shower head though. 3. Went for afternoon tea with my business colleague and the waitress said I’m not eligible for the complimentary. She said the receptionist made a mistake. Fine. 4. Got a call from reception, she said that Ieft my ID card at the reception. Which can be avoided if she did not forget to pass the ID card back after she copied it in. Went back to reception to get my ID card, and ask the reception about the afternoon tea to confirm whether I’m eligible or not. She said not and the minibar also not free unfortunately. Thank God I haven’t eat anything from the minibar 5. Breakfast at level 3 is unorganized, chaotic, and basically madness without crowd control. However I managed to get to the level 10 which is more quiet. Food quality is average. 6. I realized an item missing from the minibar, I did not consume them at all. I called in the operator and they were like “are you sure you’re staying alone, Sir?” I’m like… unbelieveable, why don’t you check with the housekeeping if they removed it or else? I just don’t want it to be billed on my room charge. I know it’s just a potato chip that I could easily replace from minimart, but imagine if they took other items and then billed it to your room. 7. The only nice experience I had in this hotel is the dinner, food surprisingly decent. Also the service is nice (maybe because we were the only customers?). Oh and concierge staffs also very helpful keeping my deliveries and helping me with my stuff when I checked out without me asking.

Tempah 2 suite eksekutif x2 malam untuk harga yang berpatutan. Hotel asas di bawah jenama Marriott. Lokasi tidak begitu hebat berbanding dengan hotel lain di Pusat Bandar Medan, tidak berjalan kaki ke mana-mana kemudahan/kedai serbaneka. Keselamatan adalah hebat seperti yang dijangkakan, jadi anda akan selamat tinggal di sini. Daftar masuk pada pukul 5.30 petang namun satu daripada dua bilik masih belum siap. Tab mandi itu kotor dengan rambut dan kotoran di atasnya, mungkin disebabkan oleh pengemasan yang tergesa-gesa membersihkan bilik. Terdapat bank terus di kemudahan hotel, jadi jika anda perlu mengeluarkan wang tunai adalah sangat mudah. Keseluruhan: 2.5/5

Positive points: - Comfortable bed - Clean room (except the bathroom) - Smart tv with streaming apps (but you must have your own subscription) - Room size - parquet floor - Location Negative points - Deposit is a MUST (hotel thinks that any guest has malicious intent to steal room items. Please, they’re not even the top of the line). You cannot use this deposit to pay room service (maybe can if you deposit more, like much more). Upon checking out, the front desk will have sb checking the room before refunding your deposit. Geez. - soundproofing is non existent. You can hear ppl next door, the traffic, nearby train, and worst, the noise from the club on top floor). Tried staying in a room facing the pool. It helped to reduce some noise from traffic and train, but does not eliminate it (and they charge more for this room!!) - breakfast is basic - bathroom drainage cannot completely drain water. Take a shower in the evening and you will still see some puddle in the morning. Gross. - wifi is hit and miss

I was staying here for my business trip. The Wifi connection supported me a lot while I was having online meetings. This service apartment is fully furnished. They got a spacious bedroom. The staff service was amazing and very helpful. Located in the center of medan, make it easy to get everywhere for my business trip. Highly recommended serviced apartment in Medan.
