Hotel berhampiran Nino Pancing, Medan

I was staying during EID season, booked for 10 rooms. The manager, Mr. Saut Purba was really helpful in assisting my reservations. He tried his best to fulfill my request, such as connecting room and same floor level because I stayed with my big family. The best surprise was upgrading room on 10th floor for myself. Thank you sooo much! Mr. Saut also assisted in arranging birthday surprise for my brother-in-law, some staffs are joining us to knock on his room with pretty bday cake and wishes. The breakfast was excellent, food are tasteful, me and my family loved it. This hotel served severals choices on their breakfast buffet. This hotel also had a nice swimming pool, it was not big but clean and safe for children. The front office staff are gorgeous during my checkout. Last but not least, thank you Grandhika Hotel for such a memorable stay. :-)

Hier in 2013 op doorreis verbleven. Destijds een erg goede prijs-kwaliteit verhouding, schone kamers en een erg fijn zwembad. Het personeel kwam vriendelijk over en de ligging was uitstekend. Op de foto’s zag het er beter uit dan in het echt, maar daar was de prijs dan ook weer naar. Prima overnachting gehad.

langganan banget sama hotel ini, sudah kesekian kali nya menginap disini, sesuka itu sama fasilitas nya masih baru semua🤗 tempat nya nyaman ,bersih, strategis, staffnya ramah dan sampai kenal dgn saya karena uda sering nginap disini🤩 harga kamar ramah dikantong, dapat breakfast lagi🤗

I stayed here 4-nights for a conference that’s also happening in this hotel. So many things have gone wrong and enough reasons for me not coming back. 1. The reception (or should I said “deception”?), misguided me. They said my room is upgraded to Premiere room, with complimentary afternoon tea, and minibar. More about this below. 2. Went to the room but nothing special, also the weird furniture placement makes the room smaller. Room has view but mostly just building roofs. Appreciate the giant shower head though. 3. Went for afternoon tea with my business colleague and the waitress said I’m not eligible for the complimentary. She said the receptionist made a mistake. Fine. 4. Got a call from reception, she said that Ieft my ID card at the reception. Which can be avoided if she did not forget to pass the ID card back after she copied it in. Went back to reception to get my ID card, and ask the reception about the afternoon tea to confirm whether I’m eligible or not. She said not and the minibar also not free unfortunately. Thank God I haven’t eat anything from the minibar 5. Breakfast at level 3 is unorganized, chaotic, and basically madness without crowd control. However I managed to get to the level 10 which is more quiet. Food quality is average. 6. I realized an item missing from the minibar, I did not consume them at all. I called in the operator and they were like “are you sure you’re staying alone, Sir?” I’m like… unbelieveable, why don’t you check with the housekeeping if they removed it or else? I just don’t want it to be billed on my room charge. I know it’s just a potato chip that I could easily replace from minimart, but imagine if they took other items and then billed it to your room. 7. The only nice experience I had in this hotel is the dinner, food surprisingly decent. Also the service is nice (maybe because we were the only customers?). Oh and concierge staffs also very helpful keeping my deliveries and helping me with my stuff when I checked out without me asking.

The restaurant in Aryaduta called The Kitchen, I have tried their Watermelon Yogurt, and it was delicious. I couldn't finish and ask them pack for me, they even take the initiative to send it to my room. Very good service.

That was my first time to visit Medan. Luckly, I chose the right hotel. It is located at the heart of Medan with good city view. I can explore nearby easily. Also, it is near with Medan train station. The room was clean. The staff is very helpful and try to serve well. The price is also reasonable.

Secara keseluruhan kakitangan hotel yang mesra, membantu dan mesra. Mereka menaik taraf kami ke bilik deluxe apabila mereka mengetahui bahawa kami menyambut bulan madu dan memberi kami kek. Sangat kagum dengan perkhidmatan pelanggan mereka. Bilik bersih, kemas dan kemas. Pengemasan yang baik dengan kemudahan yang mencukupi. Hotel ini terletak di tengah-tengah bandar. Centre Point terletak betul-betul di sebelah hotel, manakala tempat makan dan tempat membeli-belah terkenal lain hanya berjalan kaki dari hotel. Kereta api ke lapangan terbang hanya terletak dalam jarak yang dekat. Sangat mengesyorkan hotel ini dan saya pasti akan tinggal di sana lagi.

Nampak hotel besar dari Marriot… tapi - tidak membantu walaupun kami adalah ahli kumpulan mereka... tetapi kepada tokoh politik juga tinggal di sana layanan istimewa... - Saya hanya meminta jauh daripada bising tetapi mereka sengaja menyebabkan saya lebih banyak bunyi. TERTEKAN!!!! - katilnya kecil. - tandas hanya pancuran mandian di atas kepala. - tiada pencukur dan tiada sikat… - peti ais tidak sejuk… - makanan sarapan pagi jadi...jadi... makanan tidak panas dan keras... makanan tidak diisi semula dengan segera... satu-satunya makanan yang sedap ialah Lontong Medan... - bar yang menyajikan margarita adalah teruk… Bagi saya, saya akan melangkau hotel ini jika boleh… melainkan jika tiada hotel yang lebih baik…

Reviews some points from other travelers. Choose this hotel for visiting medan town. The room is smelly and hk no change bedsheets either pillow case. No replace amenities toiletries. no tissue roll until i need to get from their HK store room. Water pressure was too slow . Breakfast was so so.. only i 💕 is kelupis.. the trainee was so efficient to clean the table even if you did not finish your meal yet🥴... One of the staff should be recognized sincerely due to i left my purse at restaurants and she kept my purse. Thanks to her! .. concierge needs to change to young people. Don't look at all the guests stranger.

Staff there no has Greetings and hospitality attitude except security, security so nice, room good and clean but so noise, maybe due position hotel at center city. hot water turn off, and Water so Little one day before i am check out. As a traveler from outside other city (i am from bali and here for Christmas) rent motorcycle as our transportation so best and cheapest, the parking area no safety. Because our rent motorcycle is moving from last night, and our helmet lost, with out that we are so struggle to moved the other place, like you know without helmet police will stop me. I am report this situation to staff parking, But there no apologies or other say sorry for this situation from the staff in charge or management, they just say ” Helm anda hilang bukan tanggung jawab kami ( your helmet lost is not our responsibility )”. We are stay 3 nights like strangers with out staff greetings or hospitality and the last night we are lost our helm and there are no solution and one more there no extra tissue ( face or toilet tissue ), coffee and tea sugar, mineral water ( amenities ) from the first day and when make up room they not changed it, we must say to reception just for this, as a hospitality industry we know room and service is the base product. I know this is new hotels, but without service guests don't want to come back again. Thank you And best regards.
