Es un hotel nuevo ( supuestamente 5 estrellas) pero.. no funcionan cosas básicas como la luz del baño, que es un mando muy moderno ( las luces son todas con un mando que varían la intensidad etc.. pero muchos ya tienen borradas las letras que indican su función) Nos cambiamos de habitación..en ésta habitación no funcionaba la apertura de un armario superior ( totalmente necesario dado que viajamos por largo tiempo y tenemos equipaje 🧳🧳) Teníamos desayuno incluido pero debido a los diferentes tour sólo pudimos desayunar el primer día..y nos dijeron que no preparaban para llevar. Si a eso añadimos que no había nevera, ni para preparar café o té en la habitación..muy decepcionante Tuve que solicitar un gorro de ducha ya que ésta es de lluvia...( Les pareció raro 🤦🏼) también un vaso 🥛 que pedí para el baño y....nunca llegó No hay ventanas para ventilar.. del hall llega mucho olor a comida hasta la entrada de la habitación y hay ruido por las noches de los bares de al lado y de la carretera.. Creo que tienen que mejorar muucho la atención a los clientes y dar servicios mínimos para una categoría no ya de 5 sino incluso de 3 estrellas..( las cajas fuertes nos dijeron que todavía no estaban en funcionamiento. La habitación no nos la hicieron.. un día, no se el motivo No lo recomendaría jamás Lo único bueno la cama que era muy cómoda.

Estuve hospedado en el hotel desde 27 de junio hasta el 3 de julio, considero que el hotel tiene una muy buena ubicación, sus áreas comunes son buenas, así como el lobby. Sin embargo para ser un hotel de la cadena Marriott y llevar 5 estrellas, considero le falta mucho, lo dejaría bien calificado en 3 o máximo 4 estrellas. Mi experiencia no fue buena, la habitación tenia algunas fallas que no se solucionaron pese a reportarlas, el lavamanos se tapaba, el agua de la ducha se salía y la mini nevera de la habitación constantemente se bloqueaba y era imposible abrirla. Honestamente arruinaron una fecha especial. Con anticipación dejamos trajes y camisas para el servicio de la lavandería, el día que los necesitábamos no estaban listos, finalmente nos los entregaron muy tarde y estos estaban totalmente arrugados, después de varias excusas nos dijeron que lamentaban mucho pero tenían problemas con la plancha, no hubo un encargado que hiciera frente a la situación, era necesario tratar el tema con los camareros o personal del lobby, no sabían como actuar o resolver la situación, una de las camisas la perdieron y al día siguiente apareció. Insisto para ostentar 5 estrellas le falta. Los restaurantes del lugar están bien ambientados pero su comida es promedio, no es excepcional.

The NH is very well located to the suburb of Provincia, which is a lively upscale neighbourhood. We were here for business and being able to walk safely about the district at night to the many bars and restaurants to meet with clients was very convenient. The hotel is modern and the rooms are comfortable, but are not to the standard of a 5 star, or certainly what the international standard for that would mean .

The Hotel was a positive experience for me and my family. I lived the suite offered for 3 people. Separated areas and 2 bathrooms to accommodate better, if you come with more than one child. Good for enjoy, but not so much if you want to eat there… Chefs looks like only apprentices working there, and not everything is on the menu. The staff was 50/50 nice, the two small incidents that we had, One was mostly with a young male receptionist that works during the day until the evening time, one time I forgot my keycard and I went nicely to him to ask for another one, and well, he gave me the keycard without not even looking me to my face, or saying something to me, but instead he kept talking with his co-worker, he didn’t even gave me some eye contact! Just extended the card and give it to me…which for me was a gesture of bad attitude without me knowing why he was having a contemptuous treatment against a female guest of the hotel! Lol it was a little irrespective in my opinion. The funny second incident was that we called early like afternoon time at the reception for 2 toothbrushes… well, at midnight when we were sleeping, someone knocked on the door bringing the toothbrushes that we had to get by our own, cuz it took hours for the hotel service to deliver them at the door at time!! So We decided to buy them in the nearest pharmacy from the hotel. But it was just testing the service to see How long would they take to get the damn toothbrushes at time?? Lol Lol Anyway… But don’t worry, I would come back and enjoy the hotel still… I think, That the admin should train better their staff to provide more highly customer service for all guests 👍🏼 My son was very happy enjoying the pool and the jacuzzi. Fine, Anything for my boy :)

Excellent Value. Great & Very Friendly staff, Clean & very SAFE location of Poblado, Medellin. My wife and I stayed there for a week and had a great experience. We have visited Medellin several times and stayed at many different Hotels and think this is exceptionally good for people looking for one in a safe and quiet area.(Not good for party people or party area). Our daughter is arriving Medellin in a few weeks and we will have two Jr. Suites booked here. Two small issues- 1-Very good Breakfast but SAMETHING EVERYDAY; 2-No English TV.

The worst experience that I had with this hotel is that they overcharged my by 1,280.000 pesos and then when I alerted them to the fact, they refused to help me. This is quite a serious abuse and part of a lack of organisation and of ethics by the hotel management. The staff in the hotel in general were rude and unhelpful. I paid 320,000 pesos per room per night plus the 1,280.000 that they overcharged me and my family and I think that overall, it is better to try one of the many other hotels around that area rather than suffer the inconvenience of dealing with the people in this hotel. La peor experiencia que tuve con este hotel es que me cobraron 1.280.000 pesos de más y cuando les avisé del hecho, se negaron a ayudarme. Esto es un abuso bastante grave y parte de una falta de organización y de ética por parte de la dirección del hotel. El personal del hotel en general fue grosero y indiferente. Pagué 320.000 pesos por habitación por noche mas los 1,280,000 que cobraron a mi tarjeta de debito y no me devolvieron y mi consejo es mejor probar uno de los muchos otros hoteles de la zona.

There are communal areas. Lots of information pinned to the wall. The laundry service was very good. Our room was on the roof so got extremely hot late afternoon/early evening but there was air conditioning. If you are looking for somewhere to stay that is clean and comfortable and in a safe area then I would recommend here. There are lots of cafes and restaurants nearby plus metro within walking distance.
