Overall experience was ok but need to update the items like carpets, washroom, air-condition (making noice) etc Further the price should be less as the facilities are not up to that mark Breakfast was good but little crowdy as they has small space in dinning room

Location of hotel was within walking distance to Nabawi, about 15 minutes. Staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful while the room itself was well maintained. Only issue was the door to our room was quite hard to close and had to be slammed.

The worst place to be... No one attend ur call to reception... Its dirty, Smells bad... When we entered our, so call suit, the coffee cups are dirty, Bed has too many fallen hair on the bed sheet, house keeping no were to be found, and tasteless breakfast with no place to sit if hotel is crowded or full... ITS A BIG NO TO THIS HOTEL...

Otelin konumu güze. Fakat bakım yapılması gerekli. Kapı kartları muntazam çalışmıyor . Onun haricinde herşey güzeldi tavsiye ederim

بشكل عام لا بأس به . مواقف السيارات اسفل الفندق محدودة جدا و ضيقة . بالنسبة للنظافة فوجدت غلاية الماء غير نظيفة بداخلها بقايا آثار قهوة عربية اظن و الكاسات كذلك . السرير مريح لا بأس به . لم يقم أحد بتزويدي بالماء المجاني أو الشاي و القهوة التي تقدم للضيوف كل يوم إلا بعد أن طلبت انا من العامل بالصدفة في الممر . بشكل عام مناسب مقابل القيمة

تجربه جميله في فندق زها المدينه بالرغم انه تم تسليمي الغرفه متأخرا و عدم معرفه موظف الاستقبال بالحجز الخاص بي غرفه ذات حجم ممتاز َو إفطار متنوع و موقع الفندق قريب من المسجد النبوي من ناحيه شارع السلام

Located about a 20 minute walk from the Prophet's Mosque, this was a very good location for us. The hotel is modern, had great AC, and we had a reasonably spacious room with a clean, modern bathroom. Breakfast was generous, with daily specials including a wide variety of food - catering to multiple nationalities. There was also a small fridge and coffeepot in the room. The front desk attendants were helpful when we wanted to arrange a driver to take us around the city to see the sights and when we wished to extend our stay one day. The area around the hotel also had multiple South Asian food stalls making fresh tandoori naan and other specialties. There was a small grocery for fruit, water, and other basic needs. Also there was a date and nut store selling a wide variety of locally produced dates at a reasonable cost. Really made the location even more desirable with all of these shops so close.

I stay at this property eight days bathroom shower door. It was not closing properly. from the hotel to the Haram 20 minute walk this hotel does not have ice machine I complain to the management also, this hotel is non-smoking but next to my room guest, they were smoking. I complain to the management, but nobody take action breakfast every another day they have same menu I gave 10 to 5 point this hotel

It’s kept clean and breakfast was actually very good and fresh, one minor concern was the bathroom smelled like old water standing somewhere although it was actually very clean, other than that you get best return for your money

It’s a little further from the main ***** towards Prophet’s Mosque. The area where the hotel is located is not a very good area lot of old homes under construction or demolition and streets are not clean. Hotel itself is very nice! Our room was small but very nice and clean and well equipped. Shower door does not close properly leading to water spilling etc
