Breakfast had a very large variety. Staff were a pleasure to deal with. Very close to the mosque.

The BEST staff, especially Mr Mohammed Sayed Husain Housekeeping , who did his best to make our stay memorable , Breakfast restaurants are excellent with the best dishes and the best service, although overcrowded . Thanks to all .

The hotel was great 5-star hotel in the business district we look for a stay for conference. The hotel offers a variety of special services, appreciated. The room was in great condition, comfort and clean. All the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Daily breakfast is great.

I was early for check-in and was told to wait as check-in time is 4pm. But fRont office staff 30 min before 4pm she was seen giving room cards for guests who just arrived. A stretch of local food can be found nearby hotel and shopping area

From the start when we arrived, we were attended by Concierge guy, Khan. My check-in was done perfectly by Hawazin. The room was adequately accommodating for us with good amenities and the minibar is stocked well. We had a very pleasant stay and definitely will be back.

Location, location, location. Super good for the grabd mosque. A bit old room, and can be a bit colder during winter, due to doors and windows of the room. High rates for the location, not for other aspects. Good and nice staffs at the restaurant.

Overall experience was amazing! staff were so nice and the room was clean.

************* its a good hotel. It’s Advertised as a 5 star but truly it’s nothing more than a 4 star. The rooms had an inoperative telephone service and it was small. Windows we’re also super dirty. This was made up though with their excellent excellent breakfast . Lifts were slow and small in space

Very good location, very near to Masjid al Nabawi, Rooms are clean.

The hotel is very near to masjid gate 333. Just a few minute walk. Room very spacious.

Love the locations, room is clean, staff are friendly. Breakfast same food for 2 days. I tried ala carte Australian lamb rack was sooo delicious and price is affordable. InsyaAllah will come again ❤️

Enjoyed the stay at shahd al madina as always. The room and location was perfect. Only problem was the attentiveness of waiters during breakfast but besides that issue I really enjoyed my stay.
