Overall, it seems like a decent option for those visiting Medina on a budget.

The first room given was not as per the booking guidelines. After serious talks then reception team did the change . I do appreciate the efforts of the team even thought it was after a long talks. Location of the hotel is one of the most convenient in Madinah .

Close to the the Green Dome. Close to the Quba' walkway 500 metres if you wish to take the buggy to Masjid Quba.

Good hotel in Masjid-e-Nabawi and helpful staff. Location is superb and breakfast is a wide variety of Arab and continental cuisines. Recommend this hotel.

This hotel is one of the best experience I had in Madina. You can actually view the Mass e Nabwi from the roof top restaurant. The restaurant Manager was really helpful. Great customer service from everyone involved. The hotel is 5 star and it does live up to the expectations. The king size room was so big. I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.

Great Location

This is not my first time to reserve in with Pullman Zamzam. I recommend anyone to stay in it.

We had a terrible experience, the check-in was stressful, the portal service is useless, I have to take the luggage myself after waited 30 minutes on check-out. The breakfast was like a two star hotel, noisy room you hear vehicle noise at midnight so no sleeping, small shower room, no pressure in basin tap, the hotel is not good for families because it far from Ladies gate entrance of the Haram. This hotel does not offer 5 star service as advertised, an over-priced and over rated hotel which I would not recommend to Anyone.

It is not the first time satay in this Hotel. It is very good location. Near almasjed alnabawei.
