There was nothing to fault and all the staff were very friendly. The room was also very spacious although the views were perhaps not as good as expected despite our top floor room.

Amazing location and excellent service. However the rooms have one problem, washbasin is next to bed hence if someone has problem with smell. It can be a issue

I was shocked when I came coz the hotel can't fins my booking!! Lucky I have the confirmation email and the problem was solved in abt 15mins. However I donnoe if they just gave me an avail room coz I tot my room has bathtub but in the end no bathtub 🥲 Bed is comfy but room is small. Have to req for toothbrush and toothpaste at reception as it is not available in room. Also no bottled water given. Location-wise is gd.. Just few mins walk to Melbourne Central and there are some halal restaurants within walking distance too.. do try Blok M, Khao man gai chicken rice and mamak melbourne. Convenient to take the free trams too

The location is great with access to many restaurants and eatery nearby. The Southern Cross and Skybus station are all within walking distance. City free tram station nearby as well. Room are clean although it's a bit small. However, the room are well designed and functional so you don't really miss much. Toothbrush and slippers are available on request at the front office.

Location of hotel was perfect, room is good size to rest / work for some conference calls, I love it. Only cleanliness was a little lacking as I see they do not clean the shower area well (some hairs in a corner) & the nuts I dropped on the carpet floor on the first night was left unattended for 3 nights in a row while I stay in the hotel.

Very good location and clean. We book with breakfast for two adults. Children below 14 yrs old are free. So we had enjoyed our breakfast during our stay.

Great location. Right in the center of town. Walking distance to all main attractions in Melbourne. We stayed with 2 kids. It was very convenient. We only got one time breakfast at the hotel but buffet is rich and delicious.

Great hotel. However it seems that parking around here isn't so convenient due to spaces. And thus I took the vallet which is 80 per day. A little pricey from my own view but maybe no other choices I guess ? The area is amazing to town hall and have almost full walking access to east Melbourne already. Everything would be in 3km range which is definitely walkable. Breakfast is impressive and staff are extremely helpful. Very good
