Hotel room is nice, location is centrally located great to explore around the city. Hotel offers parking (valet) which is quite pricey at 75 AUD. But this price is quite similar elsewhere.

Overall my stay in this hotel is good. Location is close to everything. However, when I extend a night, the fact that I need to pack up everything, come down to check out and then re-checked in is very inconvenient. Hope they could consider improve.

We (wife n my 13 years old son) recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately, I was quite disappointed with the room. The bed was much smaller than expected, which made it uncomfortable for a good night's sleep. Additionally, the air conditioning didn’t seem to work properly – it wasn’t cold enough to cool the room, leaving it uncomfortably warm throughout the night. For the price, I expected better quality and more comfort. I hope the hotel can improve these aspects for future guests.

Booked hotel specifically so we could walk to a nearby wedding. Arrived to a sign in the driveway saying wait for assistance- waited for ages and no one came out. We moved the sign and drove in- no one at valet or concierge desk. Went upstairs to reception and were told valet was full and to find a Wilson Carpark to park in. Then got told it would be cheaper anyway. Ended up having to park in a public carpark, walk back and then walk to wedding. On arrival in room (delux king)- very odd setup with no door on bathroom and the toilet door with a very large gap at the top with lightly frosted glass. No privacy at all. To top it off, big queues at breakfast. Won’t stay again. Ever.

Good location. Reception staff is very helpful to show us how to go about places we enquired. The breakfast is superb. Restaurant's staff Albert is very warm & friendly. Will definitely come back again.

Great location, super helpful staff, close promimity to places of interest. My room was comfortable, and the breajfast was worth it. I'd recommend staying here in Melbourne.

The location is good, easy to find. Coffee shop downstairs. Check in is fast. The 4 person room and bed size is a bit small. The amenities are not very sufficient.

The staffs are very friendly and my parents enjoyed their stay in Novotel Melbourne Central. The room is clean and the bed is comfy. This hotel also provides great access to all the attractions that we wanted to visit. If you need any amenity, you just need to contact the front desk and they will be more than happy to help.

Location is good as it is in CBD Cleanliness and service is acceptable The major problem is the bed. The mattress is not only too soft. It is a bit strange as the left and right edges bulge. We are hardly sleep well. This is the worst bed that we come across. I don't understand why the hotel can not purchase a better mattress. We stay 3 nights and can not sleep well for these 3 nights. Unless the hotel react to my comment and explain why this happen, we will certainly do not recommend and people reserve this hotel . Thank you

There was nothing to fault and all the staff were very friendly. The room was also very spacious although the views were perhaps not as good as expected despite our top floor room.
